Virgo boyfriend is still texting his ex

I am confused as fuck. I thought virgo men were known for being faithful.

Background I am an aries woman and we have been dating for a year. So this weekend Ive found he was texting the ex he said he hated, that made his life living hell. And the text were romantic and sexual. The broke up 7 years ago and he said he saw her recently and he wanted to get revenge on her for fucking him up. This is the ex that cheated on him and made him feel like shit but I dont know if I should believe him because first of all, I had to find out about this and at first he even denied it. He was trying to hide it (he said he felt ashamed) As an aries woman I am having a hard time believing him at all. I feel hurt and he was being so nice to me. He introduced me to his parents, family and everything. He made me feel as if I was a serious one. While doing all of this behind my back.

Do you think this is even possible? Do you think he really wanted revenge/closure? Or was he trying to cheat?

What should I even do now?

Im super sad because he did treated me good. But this if either its how he says or not. Broke the whole thing up. I need to let him go

They broke up 7 years ago! Hell nah girl. He is up to no good.

No reason to linger on an ex from 7 years ago unless you still wanted to get with her.

I'm sure they have been in contact and on and off since they broke up.
