**VIRGO MAN FLIRTING,,...THE STARE

HELLLLP. I've been outa the dating scene for a few years and now I"m back. I've seen this handsome virgo guy that works at the grocery store that I go to. I've noticed him for a year, and honestly we have been looking and smiling just very casually for the last year. I was in a bad place emotionally then so I wasn't interested, but I ALWAYS NOTICED HIM and swear there was SOMETHING going on. Fast forward. I"m an aries, so I do things kinda like fast and now..lol, if I want it I go for it. But..this guy, for soem reason made me so freakin nervous, that it paralyzed me. I do have anxiety, but this crush was making me feel and act elementary..(how embaressing). This is what has happened and I need some input.

1. After flirting very very casually for a year, I went in and went for the kill. I walked by him, locked eyes, smiled and he stared back and smiled. NOt just stare. but STARE for at least 5 seconds. He smiled and I turned my head first.

2. Now I'm over analyzing, got this worked up in my head and anxious. I go back to the store..1 month later, ( I couldn't go back I was THAT nervous) and I see him and freeze. I acted like I needed whatever was to my right, grabed it and turned around AND WALKED AWAY!!!!! (being a virgo, he was TOTALLY STARING AT ME AS HE WAS WORKING AT THE END OF THE AISLE AND PROBLBY WONDERING WTH I AN DOING..LOL)

3. I waited for another 1 month, went back, and I swear he was right next to me in a flash...but he totally ignored me...so I left sad.

10. I put my big girl panties on after stressing about this for 2 weeks because i don't want to hurt anybody and flirting is supposed to be fun and I think it was turning into something hurtful so I went back and I walked by him and said hello, he said "oh hi" and smiled......

now this is what I need clarity on. When I went back he smiles, says hi, and just stares at me as I"m walking, intesne eye contact. I turn away, then turn bacvk to him and say Happy Holidays, he says thanks and we both stare at eachother. I stared extra long cuz I knew I needed a few second buffer so when I went home I don't convince myself he wasn't staring. It was a little weird. As I walked away I contintued to stare because he was and I turned my head as I was walking to keep staring. The staring lasted only about a goooood 5 seconds and I turned my head first. I can't see him asking me for my number. Also, he is at work. Do you think virgo guy would put himself out there like that with a customer??

What I really want to do is be myself. That would be...walking up to him, handing him a paper explaining that I would love to connect outside of the store if he wants. I also want him to know that i don't want any awkardness since I shop there so I won't get mad if he doesn't call me. I just want to give him my number and sit back and see if he calls. This is stressing me out. I can't stop thinking about him..lol. But when I go to where he works, the grocery store, I don't want to seek him out every time, I feel like I'm stalking my prey. Also, what is he is not interested and only s staring to flirt..then I really don't want to go up to him when I shp there. Would a virgo man stare that much if he wasn't interested?

I think when you see him next you should come up with something creative to say about his job...something that gets him talking about what he does or how his day is going. You need some basic conversation to break the ice. All the staring is just creating tension and making it harder to move forward. If you give him an opening with some conversation I think he'll be better equipped to meet you half way and maybe even come to your side 🙂.

P.S. - I think the letter is a bad idea. You too need some time to get to know each other in a place where the potential to dispel tension is greatest. If it's just the 2 of you it's probably going to be really quiet.

Your attraction to him or any other person is all in you ... and if nothing is there between you and another person then there is nothing there to turn into anything else.

what the hell are you talking about .. turning into something hurtful? ... when it's all in YOUR fucking head to begin with. If he doesn't notice you, or doesnt' want to do anything more than just stare at you, doesn't equate to the position of your feelings as to how he is suppose to deal with your feelings.

You know nothing about him more than he works in the store. He may well be married/in a relationship. Flirting is fun, unless you make it more than that or build it up to something else in your head. If you want to know then just be all Aries about it and talk to him in the flirt Aries woman way 🙂. And 5 years isn't "way" older, my virgo was 5 years younger than me... come to think of it so was my Aries & Libra hmmmmm...

Virgos aren't really as slow as they like to make out either 😉

P-angel, I don't think your understanding my situation, seriously. Ok, I dont' now more about him, if he's married etc, and no, Im not sure he really likes me to the point of wanting to get to know me. But, I do know all the 50 million signals and times he has tried to talk to me in the past year and I just blew him off because i was not happy, (long story). I always felt him looking at me and a connection.
that is why I am here to get some validation and some kind help. So what the hell? Thats "the hell"..

ok y'll I am not crazy, just very intuitive. I never asked him if he is a virgo. But he is a virgo. I pick up on certai nuances and I swear he is. Maybe I shoud ask him..lol. He looks like the classic virgo male too, tall, handsome fit, piercing eyes, I think they are hazel or blue. There was a slightly feminine quality about him sometimes, then there is this total macho vibe that I swear I feel, its lovely...lol. I am just going to do what you do and talk to him. He has tried to talk to me plenty like ask me if I need help and i would say no...I know I"m regretting it. I didn't see the clues because I was in another place mentally. But here we are now, I really really just want to be me, the true Ariescusp that is whats getting me.

Without hesitation, normally I would go up to him and say something like "ok, I'm not sure if I'm reading this vibration I feel when we stare at eachother. Ahh, history. I've moved on from this Virgo. Now when I occasionally see him, he just feel like a good friend, and no more.

he's interested, thats obvious, and you sound attractive. he's acting sheepish because one youre older, two and most importantly because im sure by the lay out of events, he caught on to the fact that you started avoiding him, he probably started feeling like a creeper. and he's at work, you'll probably have to make the first move here.
