Virgo men reluctant to make the first move?

This post shouldn't be too long but I'm pretty curious about this, so I became acquainted with a Virgo guy about three weeks ago and we had a really great instant attraction. The only issue was that we became acquainted the night before I was scheduled to leave for 2.5 week vacation abroad. Even though we'd only met very briefly that night, he initiated conversation every day after that(even with my being in France) and have continued to do so upon my return two days ago. However, he hasn't directly asked me out, we flirt, he's hinted at it numerous times, and but nothing concrete. I don't know what to think, there's clearly an attraction here, especially on a mental level (both phi beta kappa, extremely hardworking) which we both seem to find incredibly sexy, he initiates conversation every single day. I've heard that despite their attraction to a woman, Virgo men can be slow to act,that seems to be the case. Any insight? I'm a Capricorn woman by the way.

Virgo men have to be led.

If you aren't capable of doing that and plan on sitting back to wait on him to decide for you ... then you'll be waiting a long time.

He's clearly shown you that he is interested .... he now waits to be taken by you.

Be aware though .... he's not going to change this inherent trait, so if you expect him one day to take charge of the relationship, then you're deluded.

You will ALWAYS have to be in charge.

Well despite my trademark Capricorn cautiousness, I don't necessarily mind taking charge in certain aspects because I feel like I'm standing on solid ground with this guy. He gives me that...feeling, you know?They say the Capricorn/Virgo combo is a winner. Can you tell me anything else about Virgo guys?

My Virgo guy def has to be told what to do and if not then he doesn't know how I feel.

If you're waiting for someone to be able to speak ur mind WITHOUT u having to say what u want without nagging. Then the Virgo man isn't for you. Then "acting" slow isn't an act. LOL they really are slow.

I have those issues myself with my virgo guy. When i get stuck into getting mad with him being able to assume how I feel or what I think is the wrong approach. He needs leadership. And I can lead better when I am NOT in my feelings. When I am then I expect for him to know or assume when thats hard for him to do.
