Virgo Woman's First Love and Breakup

Okay, let's say that a virgo left her first love because of her family forcing her not to be involved into relationships. When they broke up the virgo said she'll never love someone like him again, and never find someone like him even if she gets married she cannot love again but then her lover said to her in an argument that she's a cheater betrayer and liar and since then the virgo started ignoring her lover and one of the friends of the virgo's lover said he was doing two relationships at once which wasn't true and the virgo cried and moved into another relation, but will that virgo ever came back to her first love? Will this affect her? What will make her come back to her first love, is it true love? Once the virgo did say that she couldn't hate her lover when they argued and he broke her heart, she said she loved him but didn't have any feelings for him, will she come back?
