Can you use it on someone you're acquainted with, such as a work colleague?
I certainly used to blatantly stare admiringly at the Leo woman that I was with for many years and she really liked it. She said the way I looked at her made her feel like she was naked and it really turned her on, especially if we were somewhere where you can't be naked, such as in a restaurant!click to expand

My First Intense Staring Experience
Last year on one fine school day,
I had just finished my lunch. I rose from my seat and tossed the cardboard tray into the trash bin. My eyes moved to my text books, then I picked them up and tucked them in one arm after making sure they were stacked neatly in order by size. I pushed my glasses up as they had slid down the bridge of my nose a bit.
My eyes lifted and then it happened.
There was a girl about the same height as I was with shoulder length hair that was just as dark as my own. She was walking in the opposite direction but as soon as my eyes made contact with hers she was stopped in her place. I on the other hand was frozen. It was so weird. I couldn't for the life of me move a single muscle. Her eyes--just as dark as my own--it was as if I was being pulled into a black hole.
I had to stop it. So I looked down and changed the course of my sight towards table, books, trash bin, anything to keep me from looking back up. I waited for her for her to continue on her way before I started for the door. As I neared closer to the door I looked back and found her sitting on a table with her friends looking right back at me. Embarrassed by the whole thing, I quickly pushed the door open and walked out into the sun.
I couldn't concentrate well the rest of the school day.
Staring Time Elapsed: No more than 3:00 seconds.
Now, I wonder what her sign was...
