Honestly.
The Virgo friend I have is just amazing, I was shocked to learn that h was thanked often for his insight, advice,etc.
Your board seems to solidify this, since most of the threads I've seen have been complaints about you guys. Just know the world benefits with you guys in it and that not everyone takes you for granted.

Also I find it funny how the criticism thing get's harped on. Just:
