Blinded by Pride

Another poem i wrote,about someone i used to know.
Blind by Pride

i set my pride free

which revealed an epiphany

now its clear to see

we were destined to be

you were made for me

hoping that its not too late

time heals and im willing to wait

an eternity, to mend the pain that ive caused

my soul is so dark ,searching for what i lost,

its like my hearts in a black hole,

i have nothing left to loose,drowning my sorrows in booze

you were my sunshine, that kept clouds at bay

now im alone, with no umbrella, drenched in my pain

your face is like a stain on a white suit, that i tried to erase

theres no place like home, with you my head and heart belong,

with you shall be their final resting place

This is beautiful...... And it also touched me.... Thank you

That is so beautiful you should post it on the Leo forum a lot of people don't know how creative and talented Leo men can be.

I see people posting poems on the Virgo forum all of the time but never on the Leo forum.
