What does this mean about a gemini?

What does it mean if a gemini man is cold and professional to you when the both are around you certain people (coworkers) and slowly stops talking to you in front of other coworkers, but acts normal when alone. This gemini man just got out of a relationship of 5 years and its causing a now more visible depression. Me and him got along well that our coworkers used to think we were dating (in which he would dispute). I am a potential love interest, you could say. He's been doing this towards me for awhile now (a month so recent). Why would a gemini behave like this?

Gemini’s are either wonderful, awful or both 😆 you sure you are ready for a Gemini? You better be quick witted, tough skinned, sense of humor and love a challenge because it’s not easy to catch and hold on to the elusive Gemini 🤣

I’ve been in this situation multiple times with Gems... this could mean anything. What makes you think he likes you though and not just being friendly? What do you guys talk about? Does he position his body toward you in group setting? Does he glance over at you slyly?

When depression hits a Gemini male, it hits him really hard. And of-course depending on the moon sign, some Gems are naturally prone to depression.

If you are really looking forward to a relationship, keep doing what you are doing and give him time. Don't rush. He is interested in you but his "OFF" state takes more of his time due to a depressed mind. He will eventually come out of it.
