I know their birth date. I don't know exact time of birth though so that's why I don't know if it's Leo or virgo moon. Could be either.
Leo moons are charming and sociable. Virgo moons are reserved and quiet. Very detailed oriented and self-effacing.

Yeh that's my take too about the moons. The thing is that they're both detail oriented and sociable. The Aries is more charming but not in a look at me type of way. More like having banter with people and making people laugh.
The cap I wouldn't maybe use the word charming but maybe more friendly. But he's a cap too so they're usually a bit more dry. 🤭 I think people just like them because they're genuinely nice and helpful.

I'm a Virgo moon and people love coming to my desk to chat. No matter where I work or where I sit and seek me out. Its a myth that we are stiff upper lip types, we are complete Hams lol. Most Virgo moons I know are witty and silly. But when it comes to our work, we are "get er done" types. And we prefer to get er done alone, so we don't have to clean up anyone else's mess. If you want to know if he is a Virgo moon, offer him some help with his project. He will probably quickly say thank you, but I got it if he is a Virgo moon.
Haha funny you said that. I don't work with the Aries anymore but I used to love going to his desk when I was bored and chat. He always made me laugh. I've offered to help him before but I don't think he's ever accepted. I mean he's an Aries after all. It might hurt his ego. 😂
The cap is not my colleague but we have a business relationship. No latter how much they have on their plate which I know have been a lot at times they always manage to solve it themselves.

Me and Leo moons don't mix. We better off as friends from a distance. When there's two dominant males who wanna take charge at the workplace bad shit happens. Only except one is not in charge and one actually is. I had to rehire that leo moon dude back because he's actually my right hand man and without him I was in a tight bind. I'm sure there's more horrible Leo moons somewhere out there I've worked with before but I just don't know any off hand or can't think of anymore atm. The Libra sun Leo moons are by far the worse ones really.

I already did. How do you think I found out his bday. 😂 But without a time of birth there's no way to tell and don't think even he knows that.
Probably hard to tell since the Cap sun will override everything at work. I keep everything on point so everything flows smoothly. This will often engender respect with co-workers so the moon is rarely seen.

Caps are hardworking and diligent when it comes to work. They won’t put people above work. They only chill out once the work is done. Lol
I used to be friends with two Aries with Leo moon men at one of my work places. Ironically both of these guys worked in the same department. They were sociable and affable. It was hard to like them. They knew the art of conversation (talk but also listen to the other person) but it was more exciting conversations we all partook in.
Virgo moons are only so funny and sharply witty once you’ve bonded with them. They don’t just start chatting you up like Leo moon. They aren’t open like them. Stark contrast is visible between the two. I like both of these moons but I choose to interact with them for different things.

Leo moons prioritize fun and socializing over work. I had a lovely leo moon lady boss who spend 8 hours at work socializing with everyone, including me. She took me to coffee everyday and even paid for it. Then, after 5 pm when everyone would be leaving for home, she would stay behind to do the work that didn’t get done because she was too busy having fun. 😆 I loved her!

The only reason I rehired him is because I could no longer carry the load by myself too much longer. I tried. it was starting to take its toll on my 50+ year old rusty body. And me and him are the only two who has a CDL. Everyone else doesn't have the experience. So yeah he was needed but that doesn't make him a good person in the eyes of my soul. This guy has attitude and temper problems that truly needs addressing. It is no surprise Leo moons are temperamental and can't keep quiet and to themselves even if the earth send a final warning that it's going to crumble with us crumbling along with it. That's not gonna frighten them from talking too much.
Are you a Leo moon? It's ok if you are. I'm just asking out of curiosity.

Even if the majority of caps are hardworking their moon is still showing. My cap friend is a sag moon and she's a social butterfly. She works in sales and that really fits her moon. She knows how to talk and how to close deals.
I can't really see the other cap as a sales person because he seems more like an introvert than extrovert. Even if he's social and talkative he seems more reserved.

The cap invited me to lunch to this fancy restaurant and paid for it too but it's business lunch so I'm not sure if he just invited me because he wanted to go there himself and have someone to go there with or he actually wanted my company. 😂

The Aries had worked for over 10 years at my previous workplace and I know he stayed a long time at the previous one too. The cap has stayed years as well except he advances within the company more which is not surprising consider caps are very career driven people. 😅

So professional which I guess you can expect from a cap. Really good with project planning and meeting clients expectations but also taking feedback and criticism in a professional way. He's quite talkative like the Aries but to me he still come across like an introvert. He seems so unaware of how hot he is which makes him even hotter. So nice and down to earth.
I think people find them very pleasant and good at their job. I loved working with them both and it's not just me. People like working with them. Is that more a Virgo moon or a Leo moon thing?
