Thanks, I'm aware you girls are stimulated mentally. However we are kind of on a non speaking term at the moment, I sort of backed off from her because she has never been single for a decent amount of time. So I told her that I would give her space. I haven't spoken to her in a few weeks, so I decided to tag her in a picture on Instagram, nothing big or overly poetic, just a picture saying how beautiful I think her eyes are. Should I have not done that?

+1000. I do however love poetry, but it's not sufficient on its own to get me. Intellect along with poetry will get you an aqua gal. We are big romantics at heart, but we guard our emotions fiercely because we don't want to give up our freedom and we certainly don't want to give our heart to the wrong person.

Tauruses aren't as romantic as you think. Depends on what you're defining as romantic. One of my exes who was a Taurus specifically liked MATERIAL things and relied on sensuality and whatnot. Romance isn't about buying flowers and cuddling. It's all about charm and grace, and wouldn't you imagine it... intellect. Specifically as it pertains to the effort one puts into focusing their intellect towards the expression of something.

It's funny however because you're pretty dumb yourself FW, so it's quite hypocritical of you to expect the other party to be smart themselves LMAO

Personally I feel you however, I'm the same way. I don't care if you're the hottest super model there is, you are nothing to me compared to a hot brain I'm digging. well like i mentioned before, my husband did write me poetry and i never knew how good he was at it. A true romantic.

but when he "caught" me, he said, why the hell would he bother with that bullshit anymore when he's got me? 😆 😆

And i'm glad too, because he's mostly all walk (he walks the walk and i love that about him)

try haiku, or just throw a verse or two while talking...just don't overdo it...it would become strange to her...

but...if you want a piece of advice, here it is: find out what her moon and venus are in. mine are aqua/cappy and i'm sure i'm not looking for a man who writes poems for me. if this is his hobby, ok...i understand and appreciate that...but writing them to me...no way...i'm more practical and action oriented...

my ex's never wrote me poetry though. not that i can remember. different approaches to love.

my first husband, the pisces w/ aries venus drove me to his favourite spots. even one over the cliff, overlooking the city. So beautiful and very romantic, and to nice restaurants. But he was very fiery, so alot of his wooing was taking me out to the desert and three wheeling, motorcross biking across the desert and camping out. He was an outdoorsy type of guy, very mountain man like, which is sad because he's Always locked up (imprisoned) so it's a shame. And the other ex's were more "nerdy", but still fiery.

It'd be consensual? If not and she's not the type for that? I wouldn't do something like that. This is all in a completely hypothetical situation where we bumb into each other in the real world. But her behavior so far hasn't exactly placed her above that sort of thing. Whatevs.

As for a decent woman, my standards are a bit... exotic. Namely when it comes to commitment I'm the Master in a Master/Slave dynamic. Not the BDSM aspect of it, but as in it's in every fiber of my nature. It's just how I work. A love to me is a soul mate, romantic mate and reproductive mate combined into one. Although I never plan to have kids so instead we produce an empire together. And they're the only person I am close to AT ALL. There's a reason I have no friends, and my blood family are just strangers to me. I am close to nobody and vying for even the slightest bit intimacy is considered a gesture of vying to be utterly devoured by me.

I'm an all or nothing person. Either my commitment is absolute, or it's bluntly non-existent.

Also FYI scientifically speaking young specimens "peacocking" as it were, factually attracts the opposite sex. There's a REASON so many "young men" brag. I did have problems, but as you said, I have not asked for much help in this regard. I solve most my problems on my own.
