Aquarius Man date Another man's GF?

I have a friend who is an Aquarius male. We just met recently and I think he's an okay guy.

First time I met him he tried to make physical contact like touching my hands (which I thought was accidental. Very awkward for me)

Then he made plans with my friends and he said that he was really happy that I was joining them. I think he is good guy and a great friend to have but I'm not too sure of the signals that he's sending..

When we were out with friends he always sits beside me. Wherever I am he'll be there, by my side. One time he took nap almost use my lap as his pillow but I moved away didn't feel it was right I'm very comfortable with this guy and I think he'd make a great friend but confused with his actions, is he being just friendly or something else? Will an Aquarius man try to make a move even though he knows I have a boyfriend?
