I tell that to people I work with all the time. It's just work don't get offended. I have no interest in people at work outside of work (only a few exceptions). It's not being hurt it's just establishing it.

Hi,
I have this crush on my coworker that is an older Aquarius. We pretty much work face to face since our desk are front of each other. at first we didn't speak much since he was a bit rude and honestly I was new and didn't want any trouble with anyone. But slowly we started talking??_ nothing to concrete but small conversations here and there. He encourages me when work stresses me out. I listen to him when he complains but it's not as much as I do. Recently we had a very long text conversation, which was great but then the next day he pretty much ignored me. I didnt push or mentioned it ??_ but I have noticed that he compliments and talks to everyone one at work but with me he is rude-ish and aloof.
It was once mentioned that we should hang out and he straight away said never, that he wouldn't hang out with me outside of work. Which I thought was rude to say.
Also whenever I mention something about him being an asshole he mentions how he tries to be a nice person in social interactions but he can be direct and rude if it involves work. After this comment I told him I don't care abou how he acts and as long as I was doing my thing and he was doing his. After that comment he shut down and stop speaking to me.
I guess my question is can some really hurt an Aquarius? Also he is 30 and I'm 23. Does this affect the way an Aquarius talk to you??

Lisa, there was no harm in suggesting it if presented in the right way. I don't see her as desperate.
She never said she asked him on a date, it was just to hang out. Work friends hang out all the time.
(even though she did do it because she likes him, it may not have been obvious)

I just suggest not to date coworkers.
