Date ideas with an Aquarius

My new Aqua has said that he likes when I take charge and plan something. A couple weeks ago I took him to Dave and Busters to play arcade games and for a couple drinks. He said he was very pleasantly surprised and he had fun even though I kind of kicked his butt on a couple games. I know he beets to the sound of his own drum. So any ideas—

The race track - either horses, dogs or cars.
Shooting at the gun range.
Haunted tour of your city.
Cooking lesson, where you cook then eat your dinner.
Wine tasting.
Murder mystery dinner theater.
There's a place around here where you're in a locked room and have to find clues to get out.
