The texts don't sound particularly inviting, but I'd probably ask if he wanted to get together and show him around or something. Hard to tell. He's either reaching out or throwing it in your face. What does your gut say?

Maybe, but I don't think so. He was the one who said he didn't want to rush things and agreed that we should wait to have sex (at the time lol).

If hes an Aqua he prob wont mind a sudden hangout. Chances are he's saying "im here if it happens, it happens"thats what I would say
unless the breakup was traumatizing AF hahaha
Luckily it wasn't. It was over something really stupid to be honest. I was kind of shocked that he wasn't so receptive to my apology. Neither one of had done anything wrong in our relationship so I thought he would've been at least somewhat open to trying again...
just go for it and invite him to do something and see what he says - it is what it is and so you have to see what's up so you know ...

Wait, even if you're clearly in the wrong and you messed up apologizing is seen as a weakness?
He said everything was fine when clearly they weren't so I backed off. He started to randomly start posting pictures with girls while he was out the very next week. Then all of a sudden the next week absolutely nothing on social media and that's when I ran into his roommate who said he'd been kind of acting weird and withdrawn.

He knows I live with my parents. I highly doubt that he wants to try and hook up.

Right. Between him suggesting that we hold off on sex and him knowing I wouldn't have sex in a car, again I highly doubt he said he was in my city to have sex in his car.
