Hoax?

Ok, I love you guys here in AquaLand, so I'll ask you first:

Do you think Ken Lay's death is a hoax?

I know there are quite a many people here in Houston wanting proof he's dead. He especially hurt the economy of lives here.

Its very convenient for him...

Msaybe it was suicide, but they covered it up with a heart attack story.

If the criminal case is vacated, it will be as if Lay was never charged.

That means the government's efforts to seize assets from Lay and search for others through a criminal proceeding also will end.
