Not so good unless I establish a relationship with them giving them permission to touch me. However I don't like it if people start touching me when I have no relationship with them.

I don't like being touched a lot by people I don't really know all that well.If it's my man that's a different story because I do like affection🙂.I guess it depends on your idea of touchy-feely.

What kind of relationship would be necessary? And would you want to touch a male friend sometimes? I have an aqua friend at work and I wonder sometimes if she wants to touch. I mentioned when we were first getting to know each other that I'm not a touchy feely person but I'm finding I'm becoming more okay with friendly touching. But I wonder if she's afraid to touch me since I said that (and she told me she is a touchy person - with her family atleast). But she likes to stand close and even shared a tiny umbrella with me one time and I wondered if it would have been ok if I had my arm around her. She once brushed a bug off my shoulder and then felt like she needed to explain what she was doing. We have been work friends for 2 years and we don't touch.

She's a Feb 9th person too - like you! 🙂

I'll come back and address this in detail.🙂

As a girl, if i dont really know the person and i dont get a good vibe from them (not trustworthy) and they are touching me every 10 seconds, yeah i'll question their intentions...that also often bugs me. However, if i dig them even off the get go, dont matter

I love hugging close friends. I love holding my SO's hands, touching and feeling him. But never for acquaintances or just friends.
