in social life, i've changed from introvert to extrovert, i used to be a cool and quiet guy, until i realized its not attractive at all, in real life...its not like as seen on tv. being an extrovert, i have a friendly, carefree, playful and easy going personality, i also smile alot, some of my female friends even asked me something like "have you ever mad?" or "i want to see you mad", or "i want to see you a day without smile". i also use alot of touching (just make sure they're comfortable) and head nod when talking to someone, and believe me, it will make your social life better and better.
people around me always see me as not a serious type guy, but i have proved to them that i'm extremely reliable in most cases, i did what i said and finished any jobs in a given time. i can easily get alot of people on my side (especially in debate), recently one of my friend asked me to start a new business with him.
i also have changed my mind from expert mind to entrepeneur mind, it mean i have to think that i dont have to be an expert at all things to success, i have to be able to work in team, i have to be able to delegate my work and so on
in relationship, i've changed myself from a nice guy to a player, i flirt alot and make fun with another girl, and do most things that nice guy are afraid of (like telling dirty joke, talk about sex, touch her etc). since with my last girl, i learnt to be more expressive and play less head game, since she is so direct and honest, in relationship i keep everthing light and fun, i believe if that women want something depth, its their job, not mine, men should just initiate and show love with their action, not with cheap word.
at the end, i realized...its all about self improvement
