how to tackle Aqua male

Hello,
I'm a capricorn girl (25) and ive totally fallen for an aqua guy (23)..ive known him for a while and we've been on 3 dates (with longish gaps inbetween) all of which were brilliant. however, just after our 3rd date he finished university (he lives quite far away) and ive not been hearing from him at all - only if i initiate contact, which is about every 3 days, by text. I know aquas need space and freedom which i dont have a problem with, and he has said he wants to see me again, he just wont suggest a date, and I dont want to ask him, incase he feels i am pushing him. Its like 'yeah we'll do something soon' Is this typical?

Because he's just finished uni, i think he might just be catching up with his friends (he is in a music band aswell) who he hasnt had time to see recently. It just feels like he is not as enthusiastic as he was before... but then i dont know if this is my paranoia? anyway, if an aqua male does not want to see a girl again, would he be straight with her / ignore her / or say he will just to get her to leave him alone?? i still get all the xxx's at the end of his texts and stuff, and he always seemed surprised and happy to hear me say i have missed him when we have been on a date. Any explainations or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

You're right. I am so analytical, but as much as i try I can't help it!!

He has just finished university so is not working at the moment, altough he is starting a new job in august. He was very busy in the run up to finishing college with assignments and things, so i am feeling (and hoping!) he is just catching up with his friends and doing stuff with his music band before he leaves to start his new job. He lives 100 miles away from, and his new job is situated the same distance away.

And... he would not say in a text message that we will do something soon (unprompted) if he didn't want to see me again right?? And why does he sound surprised like 'ah really? you mean it?' if I tell him i miss him? It just frustrates me that he is showing an interest in seeing me again, but is very slow in actually making an arangement - i'm not sure if he is waiting for me to do this, but I have made it clearer than him that I like it, so i feel the ball is in his court?

I am a 20 year old aquarius, and I think that he is just trying to keep everything under control and not to feel soo smothered. Us aquarius like to make our ladies happy by giving, and maybe since he's soo far away he's not happy that he cannot give the way he wants to. I say give it time to see what he wants and don't rush him...it's obvious that you make him happy, but us aqua males are only satisfied if WE are giving to make HER happy...this is exactly how I feel.

When things didn't work out between that Aqua and myself, I was crushed 😢 LOL, my rebound was the Scorpio guy I've mensioned. LOL, and my rebound after tearing away from the scorpio was that Cancer.

Yeah, rebounds suck! I shouldn't just took the time to get over that Aqua instead of getting involved with the Scorpio guy. LOL, then I should given myself time to heal from the Scorpio before getting the cancer involved in my life ...... it's all so clear to me now 🙂

Well the plot thickens... this is why I am confused!!!

I spoke to him on IM last night, for ages. He said sorry he hasn't been in touch much lately to which i replied with 'no worries, blah blah, know you're busy, etc' He explained that he has been really busy with his band.
He said he had to go, and before he went he asked if we can do something together soon. I said yeah, if you want?? To which he said yeah i want to, and that he will travel to london to see me. HOT AND COLD OR WHAT!!!
Anyway, I'm glad i have been patient and not given in and bugged him. I just hope all this cold stuff doesn't happen again after our next date!

It probably will because Aquas, both men and women, are flitty. They don't do it cos they're being unfaithful or anything. They just like to feel free to fart around. So he ain'y gonna toe the line for you if you're expecting him to.

You see? It's like I said, I do think he cares about you I just think he needs to deal with things one at a time being done with his full attention. Mellowdee's point is also correct.

Well im glad because i realise he is not avoiding me on purpose. I can cope with him being elusive, as long as he is not doing it to avoid me 🙂
