Does anyone have a great interview technique that they'd like to share? Or some failsafe strategy that is guaranteed to get you any job you go for (assuming of course that you have the necessary educational requirements and skills for the job)?
I'm looking around for a better job at the moment and have gone for a few interviews. I really dislike interviews and the edgy feeling I get when being probed and interrogated and cross questioned about my previous employments and my abilities and why I think I'm best for the job blah blah blah. They more or less ask the same questions every time. I'm becoming a bit more practised with each interview I attend. However there are certain questions I simply don't know how to answer.
One of them is: "What do you think is your biggest weakness?"
Now if I were to be honest I'd say "Well....where shall start! Um I'm pretty lazy and am not a great time keeper and tend to leave things till the last minute".
