Is this normal Aqua behaviour?

Aries female and my best buddy is an male Aqua. Recently my Aqua has been quiet clingy calling me or checking up on me at least every day (not that I mind its just this side of him is all new to me).
An argument abrupted the other day between his Libra buddy and I, who also happens to be my ex, the Aqua sort of took sides with the Libra which hurt me for personal reasons, after he kept msging and calling me to make sure I was ok and that I was not angry with him.
He gets really annoyed whenever im with or talking to other guys i.e snide remarks or tell me to come see him instead of them.
Before anyone asks I 1000% know he dosnt look at me like that, hes male best friend is a Libra that I was with and nearly had a baby with theyre ride or die brothers.
He has alot of Aqua air in his chart so is this normal?

Unless this guy sees you as like a little/big sister that he feels the need to be territorial over, there's no other reason for him to give 2 damns about what guys you're hanging around with unless he's got some kind of secret crush on you

Is it normal for Aquas to be clingy, all in your business & territorial? I'd say no, especially not in the beginning. Will we let our guards down a little & show our attachment once we've fallen in love with you or fully trust you? Probably. Especially when you consider all other aspects in his natural chart.

I'm sure you've heard the rumors that Aquas may start out 1 way but turn into a completely different person once they officially attach to you lol

If this Aqua is also friends with your ex, then that means he has a right to be loyal to the Libra just as much as he is to you. Maybe this Aqua truly feels that you were mostly in the wrong with the Libra as opposed to him taking sides to be malicious or to hurt you.

Hey, sometimes guys stick together & have each other's backs, even if the guy was technically in the wrong all for the sake of following some kind of "guy code." And other times a guy might take his buddies side b/c well, he truly feels that his buddy was more in the right.

Everybody on the outside of a situation isn't always gonna have all the facts to make a fair conclusion of who they feel they should take sides with. And even if they do know everything, that still doesn't guarantee that they'll think the way you do. Friend or not, everybody isn't always going to agree with you or side with you.

I think its more the big brother act, I have known him for just under ten years, im just about to turn 22 hes 23.
Nothing in our friendship has changed so I have no idea whats triggered this behaviour.
In terms of him taking sides I think the Aqua could relate to the libra on a personal level which hurt me alot because Libra tried to accuse me of trying to "trap him" when I suffered a miscarriage.
Im not going to try and figure Aqua out anymore its exhausting.

Don't shoot the messenger, but is it possible that you were wrong and the Libra was right and the Aqua actually agreed with the Libra?

Does he have to take your side just because you're friends? Doesn't he have a right to decide on his own who he thinks was right?

Also, I hear that aquas don't like people they care about to be mad at them. So he sided with the Libra and now he's worried that you're mad at him for that and he doesn't want you to be mad at him for having his own opinion.

I just feel like hes input wasnt needed in the first place. Libra should never of got the Aqua involved as it had nothing to do with him.
