I'm guessing by your name that you're a Leo? I am with an Aqua for years, and I used to say that about him. If that's it, you are probably so different that he can't relate to your.relationship like he has in other relationships. It can take a long time to get used to the way you each do things. But as "weird" as it is, it's attractive somehow. You both either adjust to the way the other acts in the relationship or you don't.

If I'm wrong in the assumption that you're a Leo, then disregard everything I just said. :-)

Oh that's a good thing to say to someone..

Nice for her but to me I need an explanation on what on earth did you say that for.. I don't take things lightly.. so explain...

But well I still think until she explains more about what's going on through this dxp site here. Lol I still get weird vibes.

Its a good thing.

1. Aquas project their ideals. Thats you, girl.
2. If you were 'normal' he'd be outta there like that midnight train to ukraine
3. Aqua just using the word "couple" might be as close as you'll get to a Tom Cruise on the Couch moment. Enjoy it Katy.
4. Self deprecating is very Aqua but he's still got an inflated ego of course. Ask yourself, why do You get to be the 'odd' one?
5. Its because you are (currently) 'more unusual/inscrutable/fascinating' than those other couples. That's affirming you. As his 'choice'.
6. Aqua is the embodiment of 'Vive La Diff?rence' - give him all your idiosyncrasies and let him champion them for you.
7. Aquas like/need to shock. If you want commitment, show up at his parents looking like Helena Bonham Carter.
(He'll have some explaining to do. And he's good at that)

NB:
Be careful if ever acknowledges he is weirder than you.

Never, ever, let an Aqua know the depths of your mystery. He needs to constantly investigate, observe. detect.
Leave clues. But wear gloves yeah? Don't leave any obvious DNA.
If he ever figures you out totally, you're toast - case closed Watson.

If you want to probe a bit, ask him about what kinds of couples he hates.
It will be easier for him to be critical than out his (undoubtedly romantic) dreams.
Once you figure out what frustrates him, you'll be cool.

Go get him Lois!

I really like the way you spelled it out. This should be a "Go-To" guide for all women trying to get an Aqua. Thanks!

I say that to my husband and I mean it in a good way ๐Ÿ˜‰ So it depends what was your Aqua's facial expression and situation when he said that. We'll need more details.

Yeah he sent an ecard so he meant it in a good way. But I swear he is the one who is weird, not me :p I'm shocked to know that he thinks I'm weirder :p

Aquarians do like offbeat and unussual people and/or relationships. He probably likes that because of you, he has w weird relationship. Not such a bad thing.

Mhmm. But I don't know why if I learn that someone likes something in me, I try not doing it. Like if he thinks I'm really nice, I'll stop being very nice to him. With is wrong with me lol

If you're a Cap then maybe you have somethings he not only likes, but needs.
Many Aquas have big ideas/dreams and a good cap or aries can sometimes get that job done.

You have the power to turn procrastinators into success stories.

I disagree that Aquas like 'weird' people.
Actually Aquas are as I've said, ridiculously romantic and often profoundly conventional. They just need help expressing it.
I wonder if your Aqua was born in February?
Matter-of-fact folks are highly respected by evolved- but floaty, aquas.

Your ambition, work ethic, and professionalism may seem 'exotic' to aqua.
If Aqua lives in a bohemian or alternative world then He+You could be seen as an uncommon couple.

Remember that sometimes Aquas cannot see whats under their nose, only whats 5 years away.
When he says "We'd be a normal couple if it weren't be for you" it can be read in an altogether different way - if you think about it.
A normal couple to who? his Hipster or Boho Friends? Perhaps...

Also Remember that Aqua is terribly egotistical - always thinking about perceptions.

So be yourself girl.
Your ambition or earthiness or sense of order or connection with the (real) world could excite him.
He will love that you see Him and His talents of course. That means you're cool ๐Ÿ™‚
And a girl from the 'other side of the tracks' is perhaps a new departure for him (and his friends).

Stick with it.
You're great - HE's the one that needs help most likely ๐Ÿ™‚

Not sure why you always seem to disagree with my points on Aqua...what you just wrote here actually agrees with what I said.

Weird is a subjective word, and anything out of the "norm" for one person can be considered weird or offbeat.

Two of my most significant relationships were with Feb Aquas, one has lasted nearly 30 years. I think I know him (at least his "style"my Aqua pretty damn well. I'm a fairly conventional person outwardly but will freely admit that I'm "weird" in many ways. He loves that I'm a bit nerdy and not stereotypically "girly" or high maintenance.
