I ask that question because I feel like I am not very smart.

I feel really bad,its like i always have dark thoughts.Sometimes when I wake up my first thought is to make suicide.Yes,i have sometimes really good ideas.I even have an idea for movie.And also the think that is killing me is my overthinking.
