Aries and Scorpio - yeah or nay?

Aries and/or Scorpios, what do you think about this combo? Romantic-wise, friendship-wise, or otherwise? Do you have any Scorpios in your life? Friends? Intimate partner?

I have an ex Scorpio girlfriend who ended up cheating on me to get out of the relationship and I do not think I want to be in a relationship with a Scorpio woman ever again.

On Scorpio friends, yes, I am willing to be friends with Scorpios as long as they tick the boxes.

- Honest and do not lie

- Trust and confide in them with some secrets as long as they do not use them against me in anger

And yes, I test the shit out of them. I do with anyone in my life.

I have a Scorpio female best friend who is slightly possessive of me. I would do anything to help her out… give the shirt off of my back. She is someone I can truly trust. I have made my mind up to keep it strictly platonic but I think our friendship will endure. We understand each other quite well.

My mother was a Scorpio and she has been dead for 20 years. I miss her. She died in a car accident on Mother’s Day. 😢

There seems to be a disconnect between the two signs for me. Between DXP and all the Scorps I've ever known in my life, I'd say it's a big nay for anything more than friends.

Well, we don't seem to merge that well.. simply because she never wants to merge lol
Aries is a very individualistic sign in a way that she is full of herself (not in a negative way at all, I find this to be actually positive) but she does consider other people yes, she tries to relate yes, but she has her way and she knows other people does things her way so she does A TON herself too.

A lot of fire there and her fire sometimes burns me, and other 2 Aquas and even her mom, a Libra too. Very combative and predatorial in a way.

She is not too much but I feel like I need space from her from time to time and she gives that, actually, too.

She the one who knows thyself.
I admire her to an extent.

They say that if you have a lot of people in your life of the same sun sign, then you are supposed to get something from the group of people. Like maybe Aries would teach someone to stand up for themselves or to be more assertive. Scorpio would be bringing transformation. So if there is not a lot of Aries in your life, then what they are to impart with you doesn’t need to be imparted?

What does Virgo teach?

Yeah. Quincunx power!

an unhealed scorpio’s need for power and wanting the upper hand in any situation so they themselves can feel safe/secure is kinda off-putting to me.

aries energy doesn’t take too kindly to being told what to do so scorpio won’t find a willing participant/an easy target in their power hungry games more often than not.

i have a double scorpio mother who often tried to guilt trip me into submission and it only worked when i was a kid/teenager and didn’t know any better. when i became older and started noticing patterns and shit and began slipping away from her grip, she went ballistic like, “how dare you become indifferent and unresponsive towards my emotional manipulation” lol i mean, she didn’t say those exact words because she thinks she’s a victim in her life 24/7 but you get the idea 😅🙃don’t get me wrong, i’m still cordial to her though lol

on the other hand, i like healed scorpio energy folks who are humble and wise and don’t care about having upper hands in anything/aren’t preoccupied with controlling other people in order to feel safe, secure and powerful. healed scorpio energy just quietly observes and helps other people heal their emotional wounds through shadow work, encouraging people to do a deep dive into their own psyches, through self reflection, through connecting with their inner sources of power and cultivating emotional/mental resilience etc i also admire their perseverance.

Being a Scorpio myself surrounded by fire energy in my family I understand the disconnect. By “healed” Scorpio I am assuming you mean one that has self-reflected enough to let things go and not try to control every situation. I’m not sure we ever get to that point but there are mitigating factors in other chart placements that can change the dynamics of Scorpio personnae. But even a healed Scorpio goes through periods of transformations and rebirth. It’s part of the burden we carry in life. We never truly control our stinger we can only try to restrain it. Having said all that the biggest difference I have noticed with Aries is the exchange of thoughts and sharing ideas. Scorpio has to let Aries as a cardinal sign do their thing which is lead. Scorpio has to watch and observe and that is their way of leading - leading by example. That way both sides win.

I'll speak from the aspect of a Scorpio moon male dating an Aries moon female. I've only dated one aries moon also, but I feel overall the outcome and energy was accurate to what majorityof astrologersdescribe. In the beginning the passion, sex, adventure, and excitement was 10/10. Over time however she truly got combatant. Some cases were due to alcohol, which she couldn't handle whatsoever. I've always had 2 stages of drunk. First stage was feeling good. I might get a little silly verbally, but I was always self aware and able to control myself. Second stage was going to bed. She had 9, and they were quite literally the stages of hell. Even with alcohol aside, while sober she still had an edge to her that eventually made me end the relationship. She had to be a stubborn little bitch that loved to piss me off because she thought it was amusing to see me actually react to things, and loved the make up sex. I couldn't stand that shit though. Over time Scorpio energy will eventually react, and it will be catastrophic, especially with a combatant stubborn Aries. I could see that shit coming a mile away, and had to leave. That's only 5% of the situation, but I feel i got the point across.

Ima be honest everytime I see these two together it’s always the Aries woman and Scorpio guy and they usually have a successful relationship I never seen it the other way around. I don’t know about marriage but when it’s a casual relationship they seem to always vibe extremely well Kourtney and Travis barker are just one of many who prove this.

i don't ship it ❌❌, prob the most violent relationship i've ever been witness to. they're both very willful individuals and no one's going to compromise between them.

I think you're wasting your time. Scorpios aren't interested in people that are obsessed with them from the get-go only because of their sign. Even the ones that aren't into astrology can quickly pick up when someone has a weird obsession with them based on a projection or schewed perception that has nothing to do with them as individuals.

Aries and Scorpio is definitelty not a thing. I find Scorpios to be more naturally drawn to and have much stronger chemistry and staying power with Cancer, Pisces, Leo and Libra.

I’d go for some other sign and wouldn’t give the time of the day. They want you to do things for them in a certain way. If you do not behave how they want you to, then she will do some revenge or petty crap. They’re extremely sensitive… never trust a Scorpio woman or fall in love with one.
