Are you both in a committed relationship? Was it just flirty chat? Has he done it before? How long have you been together?

I ask this as aries man can be abit immature and feel they aren't doing anything wrong if not committed. Are you both on the same page in terms of this relationship? I do feel for you as it's horrible when you want someone so much but they are more casual than you are.
