This is not a typical Aries thing, this is typical of a person that is either unsure of how you feel, or is simply unaware of what you want. I cannot judge her based on what you told me because I would need more context, but Aries women are quick to show interest, but slow in terms of relationship progression and building a foundation (at least in my case that's how it was with my fiancé). I think she likes you, and maybe you should just be honest with how you feel. Just because there is no verbal flirting, doesn't mean she doesn't like you. Did you know that 90 to 95% of communication is non-verbal, and maybe she's just trying to be more subtle to see if you like her too? She can't read your mind, it's best to open those lines of communication. It's better to know where you stand rather than being left in limbo.
