That's right.. its the Jupiter - Pluto aspects mainly (conjunction, square, opposition, trine and sextile). Personally, I think in that order but could also depend on your chart.

i don't buy it. it's generational. too many people with these aspects and too few billionaires.

I buy it a lot.. Not everyone will be billoinaires of course. The same benevolent aspect can be used for ill and evil (coughs **Sadam Hussein) or having the trine is such an easy aspect can make you lazy and expect things to come to you.
As I always say, depends on the rest of your chart and environmental influence.
