Asc Compatibility?

Is it important in chart synastry? Does it hold any water?

Thoughts anyone?

In synastry the ascendant is one of the most important and there are 2 main reasons for that:
1. The ascendant sets up the cusps. So the 4th and the 7th houses for example do matter in a chart due to their energy flow, 4th is for the house and family and the 7th is for relationships. If you have placements in his houses that means something.
2. The direct aspect between ascendant and others planets or points. Ex : When the ascendants oppose each other it's a soul mate sign. Also when ascendant hits other person's north node.

And also in composite chart if Saturn squares or opposes the ascendant....u are both originally fuked!

So what would Scorp asc and Aries Asc be? They're not quite opposites....

It can be a lot. Depending on the rest of the chart.

Well, I can say that 3 of my close friends have Cancer Ascendants like me. One has a Capricorn Rising. The rest I don't know.

Well it does supposedly effect the way you look so.... need I say more?
