I'm confused. She has no planets in the 7th House but Aquarius and Pisces there? I thought you could only have one sign in an empty House. Sorry, I suck at Astrology.

Not sure if someone responded to you but its called having an ''Interception''. Houses, Planets or Siigns can be intercepted at birth and of course depending on the type of chart you created (i.e Placidius, Porphyry, Koch and many more... I use Koch on astrodienst to create my charts), hence having both energies like @lisbethur8 mentioned.
