i have the square 8 degree, in the natal chart, especially involving sun or moon a wide orb up to 10degrees is ok to use, but yeah, it wont be as strong as a smaller orb.

I dont really have much to write on it. People with uranus aspects tend to have a draw to math/science. I'll keep this in mind for tuture and give your thread a bump in the process.

The film director Edgar Wright has the opposition .... his work is quite off the wall....Spaced, Hot Fuzz etc

My father had the conjunction.....a great writer with a very eccentric way of thinking

Everything seems to need my personal, wacky touch. Pride in being different. And it doesn't need to be understood by anyone but me. Skeptical of seeking approval and following tradition, but at some point, you can't go around being a rebel for its own sake without alienating those who can help you.

Sagittarius Uranus 29º, 9th house

There is an opposition between them (1º07'), also in contra-parallel aspect (0º13').

Career and love life? I don't really care about any of those areas. I have never had a relationship, I don't feel anything pushing me to have one, no attraction at all, no loneliness... Purpose is important to me, not career.

I have Saturn and Chiron as part of the picture too, Saturn in 29º Sagittarius and Chiron in 29º Gemini.

Sun conjunct Uranus

Moon conjunct Uranus

Mercury conjunct Uranus

All in the 5th house.

I'm unconventional and have trouble fitting in long term.

Eccentric, non judgemental, creative, always thinking outside the box.

I'm often judged for being not very status quo.

I'm talked about constantly for doing things differently, but the same people imitate me.

I used 2 care and tried to work overtime trying to assimilate.

Now, I'm all about recognizing my individuality and following my inner artist.

Love life?

I go through patterns of attraction. Both male and female, heterosexual or homosexual, it don't matter.

I attract. Especially weird people.

Only one man has kept my interest past sex and he has an aqua rising.

I have Sun square Uranus. Both planets strong in my chart.

Simple answer, no one has ever been able to make me do anything. Very self-motivated and energetic but rather close-minded and aggressive to people trying to impose anything on me. Work or love. Very hard to keep friends because I'm erratic and kind of just do what I want and say what I think when I want. Also Aqua dominant with Sun in 11th.

I get bored very easily, but I've done really good with having a stable job and home life. Just gets messy when it comes to my personal life and keeping friends.

My home life is pretty stable 2.

But my professional life? A hot mess.

I feel you on being close minded and aggressive to people who try to make me.do things. Or try to manipulate me.

I love the freedom of making my own decisions.

You probably don't have a 'type' in love; your lovers and crushes over the years have been all different types, from all walks of life, and you got something different out of each different relationship. You're attracted to uniqueness, and you're definitely not into repeating your experiences. You attract admirers with your originality, your exciting radical streak that's just under the surface, and your general air of acceptance.

Sun square or Opposite Uranus are confrontational rebels. They are radical in their approach to reform and find it hard to compromise in any way. These folk think the only way to really awaken people is to go to the extreme with their message. Throwing the thunderbolt into the middle of the party is mostly their style , but even the most demure of the type are capable of freezing you with their icy stare.

This hard aspect enjoys being a provocateur. It just can’t help challenging the status quo.

Both square and opposition aspects have a peculiar quality which is similar to an 'on-off switch'. Internal and external erratic behavior may be expected, which can lead to those dramatic and often drastic changes of behavior and life style . Individuality and independence will be emphasized, with insistence upon your own needs and freedom from all restrictions. This can manifest as a compulsion to display a rebellious antisocial attitude, mainly as a reactionary explosion of energy rather than any considered response which could also offer some viable alternative ways to follow. Your reactions are likely to be more negative in quality and content, and may need a conscious degree of self-moderation to avoid an instinctive 'knee-jerk' response. You may find that you obtain pleasure from seeing others react to your iconoclasm, as it can add some excitement to life, but it is unlikely to be inherently creative or positive action as you often fail to have anything of value which could replace whatever it is you are opposing.
