How long did it take for you to find a career? Are you still looking? Have you gone back to school? Do you regret it?

I have a 3rd house stellium and I just feel bonkers all the time! Everything I am extremely good at is not something I could get steady income from at least not immediately. Everyone's solution is to stay in a job until I can make steady income off of what I love. The issue is I need a stable schedule for my son's benefit and Monday- Friday work week cripples me due to the days I would need to go to auditions.

I am deeply unhappy and I feel like I am running in circles. How do you pick? How do you choose what career to be happy with?

No, perhaps this also depends on what sign is on the 3rd house cusp. I do have 3 planets in 3rd, Capricorn on the cusp.

What planets are in your 3rd house, @OP?

I have an active Uranus there squaring sun/Mercury and opposite moon. My Saturn is in 3rd forming a tribe to Sun/Moon. Perhaps those aspects balance out, somewhat.

I guess I don't have a stellium i have Sun, Mercury, Mars in Libra and Libra in my 3 house though looking at the wheel chart the 3rd house shares Libra and Scorpio but from that wheel chart as well it looks like Pluto is in the 3rd house. Ugh this is confusing .

Here are my aspects

Planet Aspect Planet Orb Orb/Value

Sun Square Moon 3°51' -51

Sun Conjunction Mars 7°07' 45

Sun Sextile Uranus 4°14' 20

Moon Square Mars 3°17' -72

We need more information. What degree do you have? What are your interests? What are your skills?
Degree in Management

I perform on the side (singing, acting and dancing are my strong points)

I love reading I do some writing fiction but I can never focus on it for too long.

Sewing although I'm no pro but I do enjoy making new things out of old.

I love baking. If I had my way and I knew that business would be good I would open a dance studio and teach but my credit is not the best at the moment.

Can you show the chart wheel? Is your Jupiter in Cancer? Also, perhaps the squares to Mercury could factor.

Did this and that, just wandering around. Joined the army. Returned home. Made this ruined place into a nice shack. Bought and sold cars. Repaired some. Now I'm doing software business. Occasionally I write.

Almost all air, plus libra stellium in third house.
Or perhaps you're a jack-of-all-trades as astrology alleges Gemini and 3rd house dominant individuals have the propensity to be.
Well, I find it difficult to have a boss, I prefer to be self-employed.

How is your time management skills?

I have a pretty heavy 3rd house. I'm in school atm. It's ridiculous how indecisive I've been with what major I want. I switched it a few times. I always feel like I'm running in circles. My dad who I'm sure has heavy Gemini influence jumped between like 20 careers when he was younger and still would've if he never got married. I fear I might do the same 😢 Now he is entirely self-employed and runs his own businesses. Right now I'm just focusing on finance and law but who knows I might wake up and want to go run away to Kyoto and open a plushie shop.

Hi, i have a stellium of 5 planets (rahu included) in the 3rd house. I'm an Aqua ascendant. I can totally relate to what you are saying. I've been working on a career unrelated to my field of studies for the past 2 years, and i'm constantly questioning it. I feel i could do anything i want, but i can't find something i'm truly passionate about.

I have a talent for writting (not in english-third langage)...but i dont know what to write about. I'm constantly learning something, but i don't know what to teach. On one side i'm super confident, on the other i doubt each of my ideas.

Super confusing! I just wanted to share and let you know you're not alone 🙂

That's interesting. I have a 9th house stellium, which is the opposite of course.

Took me a while to find a career and now I am very happy.
What do you do?
I schedule maintenance on aircraft for an airline
What is it about your job that makes you happy?
I work with (mostly) great people. I have also been in the industry for over 10 years now, so I have a lot of confidence and know what I'm doing
The people you work with can really make a difference. A team of competent and positive people can make a job seem not so bad. I worked on the mines doing hospitality and it was HARD work. I definitely had people who i enjoyed working with because of their attitude, they made the hard work seem easier.

Confidence is a great feeling. I loved the feeling of being considered competent enough to supervise and organize the outside crew and to work at the airport bringing in planes, taking radio calls, doing inspections etc.

10 years........WOW! I change jobs roughly every 4-5 years. Right now I'm currently unemployed and kinda looking for another job. Hopefully I'll find a job that I'll stick with like you have.
Well This particular job I've been at over four years. That I have been in the aviation industry for over 10 ?
Do you see yourself staying in it for a while?
Yes, I think so. My dream job would be an anthropologist though

Yes this would be awesome! You should check out some of Kathy Reichs books

I'm sending you a cyber hug! That is tons of 3rd house energy. If you speak multiple languages have you ever thought of becoming a media translator?

Lol! My constant dilemma. I left school at 17 to work. Worked in casino, airport, flight attendant, property rental agent, PA....still dunno whats my calling and i'm hungry AF!
What do you like to do?

I don't know tbh. I get bored easily. I chase a feeling in jobs that i've enjoyed. The casino was a real buzz and mentally stimulating. Flight attendant best part was the different countries/cultures/foods I experienced-but after a year I started to feel my brain cells die off LOL. I want to experience, and be mentally challenged at the same time.

Sometimes I think about studying law.

Im kinda crime obsessed also.

I'd like to be an international spy maybe? How realistic is that hahahahaha!
