I am an aries women. I don't agree but I can see how our behaviour can sometimes be perceived as such.

In the case of for example a one-sided relationship, of an aries and someone who really want to be this aries' friend or lover while the aries has absolutely no interest in this:

Ever heard of the expression 'cruel to be kind'm which I read as staying nice and kind in order not to hurt someone while what you actually want to tell them is most certainly going to hurt them (for example that you don't want to be with them)? Therefore what you end up saying is something vague and leaves the other party without closure and with hope that something might still be. That I find cruel, but us aries would never be guilty of it. The reverse is also true though (and certainly more applicable to aries people), sometimes it's in fact kind and necessary to be cruel. To be harsh, and maybe cruel, to have those who keep coming back understand that there is no hope for more. Kind words don't always get the message across, keep people hoping and wondering. Sometimes it's best to be outright mean and have them stop liking you, only this way it will be possible for them to move on.

But that's just how i see it

My mother is aries, used to beat me mercilessly as a child and other horrid stuff.

I wouldn't bruise a grape.....up to you to choose who you want to use as an example.


Plenty of bad cruel people in the world - not all of them are Aries and not all of them are women.

I have known a few aries women and they were real sweethearts. Of course, a sample size of 3 is hardly credible for a generalization, but I haven't met any yet that were anything but nice women.

I got that treatment from an Aries girl, once. Too bad. Little did she know that I would become the kind of man who would have been there not only for her, but for her entire family. I had so much love for her that even if i had remained just an old friend, I would have sat in a nursing home with her mother or father keeping them company, making sure they and the staff knew someone was there for them and I would be happy to dedicate part of my days to them because I would have always appreciated them for raising and taking care of their daughter, the one I loved.

But im sure you will all marry great men with integrity and compassion, you have nothing to worry about.
Its kind of pretentious of you aries to think that the only way to get rid of someone who loved you is to be mean so they dont have hope. But again what im saying is not just limited to Aries. Humans are programmed to have faith that we will find love. Trust me, some of us dont need humiliation to get over you. Thats fucking absurd. Time forgets, no matter how deeply you were loved.
Then again, maybe your experiences have been with shitty-boyfriends who cheated or lied, etc....then if thats the case, be mean all you fucking want, they had it coming.

But in the small chance you actually had someone genuine, remember to treat them the way you would have liked to be treated, even if you find their behavoir odd cause you wouldnt have done the things they did in the end when there was only one of you left holding love or a fascimile of it, as in my case.

Dear Wgamador2, you didn't get it straight at all. I don't treat people like shit but sometimes they are hurt by the truth, the kind of truth that they don't really want to hear.

Right, I don't know what that aries girl said or did to you, but I'm not sure we mean the same thing here. If I honestly tell you that no matter how you may have interpreted my former behaviour, I don't like you, never will, and have no interest in your everlasting love. Because no matter how well you mean it, I will not be able to receive it and repay it the way you deserve.

If I say this to people I am just genuinely not interested in, and never will be, I am told I am harsh and mean (note, before I resort to this 'cruelty' I have tried more subtle and friendly ways to make clear to them I am not interested in spending time with them, but those didn't work out).

I bet she knew that you would be that kind of guy, but because she didn't love you the same way, she didn't want to use your love or have you stringing along. Maybe she didn't want you at her mother's bedside or whatever. She wanted you to move on without her and give your generous love to someone more deserving of it, i.e. someone who loved you the same way in return. This was the only way to make that happen in her eyes ( I have no idea what she did though, so obviously I can't judge on how cruel in context it was)

No. My Aries sister may be bad and have emotional issues sometimes, but who doesn't? She just have her own way of expressing it. She's a great sister. Independent, cares for her family and friends, doesn't take crap from anybody, and a survivor. We may have our differences sometimes, but I'll never want to replace her as my sister.

Whoever you may have problems with must have problems they need to deal with. You are just being broad saying that ALL Aries woman are cruel and bad.

Some people hate the truth. Well that aint me. Funny thing is, im with an Aries and she doesnt like the truth.
We argue over the fact that i dont tailor my answers to fit her needs. I dont bullshit.
She seems to ignore the other side of the coin, so to speak. Im not going to say all Aries women are bad or mean but will say that they sure are damn good at exercising hypocrisy.

Thats cool. But she never considered the opposite effect could take place, where I wouldnt want someone to get that close to me ever again. I have passed up love because i figured id be made into a fool in the end or not worth all the trouble.
I wish I knew what makes me so loyal. Because if i knew, id print it on t-shirts and ask women to wear them, so I would know who has the potential to feel what i do. And not attract some temporary love who is going to be Cruel to Be Kind to benefit me.

Anyways, I hope you dont think im attacking you or anything and im definately not judging you or generalizing aries women. I find that when you are geniuine and devoted, you are pretty god damn awesome. There is a special place in my soul for Aries women, despite it all.

My Aries is just the opposite. Thats what attracted me the most to her, her ability to treat the 'little' people with respect. I couldnt be with someone who thinks they are superior to others.

😢 I feel uneasy witnessing that kinda shi+ go down.

On the real though. I can see how others might perceive Aries as merciless beings once that infamous dark side surfaces, in response to the topic of this thread.
In the same breath Aries' redeeming traits easily outshine the occasional dose of wrath IMO. And when truly at fault, Aries readily owns up to transgressions & shows remorse, especially if they've offended someone they care for.

yeah "uneasy" is putting it mildly. i think the whole aura of the room changes and every is quiet. the waiter is always left with a "omg" look on their face. more often than not, she is right. but in cases where she special orders her food, your bound to pay extra. but if the waiter tells her from jump street, its all good. wait till the bill comes and its your ass.

it is very childlike. its like having your kid throw a tantrum in a restaurant and never being able to go back out of embarrassment.


your right in that she makes up for it, but dont make it right.

Aries do what you allow them to do. The few that I have gotten close to was very insecure and messy. On the flip side they do have HUGE HEARTS.

just like not all libras are air heads/people pleasers (i would know. i'm a libra and i don't kiss anybody's ass), obviously not all aries are selfish/bad. anybody on this planet can be cruel and bad or the complete opposite. nobody is genetically wired to be cruel.

I dnt no a lot of aries but I had situation with a few. A cowork, she listen to a sag fed her she about me and other people and read me off wronge. Wats funny was someone (a scorp) told me she was saying shit about me but I didn't come for her cause I really didn't no if it was true. Well the sag came to her and said that I was trying to get her fired.well aries decide to not say shit to me. Because I just didn't like the fact that someone thinkin I was trying to get them fired ,I decide to approach aries and let her no how I am. And let her no that the shit she thought was false. And I tod that bitch sag off . But aries was a follower. I also seen this in other aries. Someone said it already do not let them get away with shit
