My birth time according to the birth certificate is 12:15 PM (UTC-2) the day I was born, there were summer time .. so I do not know what time to actually put it when I do the birth chart, can anyone help me? Some web figure that I am ascendant aquarium and in other web ascendant capricorn. Sorry my bad english. Thanks!
