Aww, Ms.P. Why diet? They only work for a little while.

Just want to drop a few lbs, so I'm just cutting back on certain things, and limiting portions. Not starving myself, it just takes some time for my stomach to get used to again.

I have no upper body strength, unfortunately. I dance and walk a lot for exercise....I guess I should do some more stomach toning too. Bleh.

You should add a couple more each day, fwiw.

I've had a thing for men with little guts since my ex. Its weird. But yea, not very healthy. My weight gets spread out pretty evenly, which makes weight loss a little easier, I suppose.

My love for good food is my problem. I usually cook balanced meals, but this past 6 mos or so, Ive been overindulging for some reason. I can't become one of those health nuts though. Just going to cut back on the not so healthy, and watch my portions 🙂

Wasn't referring to his, in particular, just in general.

I don't know how true that is though. I know ex dope fiends and their arms don't look like that.

Although, I dont particularly like Iggy's look, but fwiw u have to take his age and history into consideration. Most dont look quite like that.

All I know is I'd lick these veins (pic below) and like it!!! 😛
