Can Scorpio sun or rising feel the scorpio moon presence as the moon can feel theirs?

I have a Scorpio moon and I can feel a scorpio sun or rising presence. Do they feel the same about scorpio moon people? Scorpio sun or rising people usually treat me really well, different from how they treat other people.

well now this is interesting. I wonder the same thing. I have moon square Pluto and Pluto conjunct the ascendant and I can feel a Scorpio sun and rising presence. looking forward to see what others (particularly Scorpio suns and risings) has to say.
