- Chernobyl disaster Mars&Venus&Mercury OOB

- 2011 Norway attacks actually one day before Mars enters the OOB zone.
- United States Declaration of Independence (Pluto decl. at 23??43'18" S, Venus decl. at 23??31'36" N, Mars decl. at 23??33'23" N and Jupiter decl. at 23??15'53" N speak 11' before entering OOB zone)

I have Mercury OOB and this is in fact me (but it could come from Sag Merc too, ain't it?):

Now I know why I call myself bizarrbazar. I know what the rules are, I like integrity as a Sag, I like to have a comfortable life as a Cat. But I do crazy things. If it were not for the help of Jupiter I could not have come so far. Also I ran a lot from situations.

Very interesting.. I was wondering if I have it too.. Only Mercury Aries has it on 23'34 degree, would that count as OOB? (even that includes a lot of squares in it)

Sorry, I don't know if you noticed that we do not speak about the normal degrees you find in a chart.

There you look for the word declination. In that column you check the degrees. Whichever is bigger than 23??26' is out of bounds.
