Good Signs to Work With

So I'm super excited about my new job and even moreso after meeting everyone I'll be working with, talking, and of course, nosey me, asking birfdays :-P yeah I'm one of THOSE i dont care, havent offended anyone yet (except almost a double cancer lol) but im not COMPLETELY tactless about it. I'm curious and it's interesting to me. I try to read someone before i ask to see if they might be comfortable with such a question then make my decision whether or not to ask.
anyway, the owners are a happy Scorpio-Capricorn married couple who do financial planning and a lot of different work and play together. I'm getting trained by a younger Scorpio fem who I already kinda admire in ways. I'm in a love affair with Scorpios I think right now but tell anyone and I'll punch you... ;-P Other two I have only briefly met are a Leo who seems nice and laid back but hardworking, and the one im not sure of exact birfday is a Pisces maybe Aries cusp who seems to be their strongest upseller and most generally liked by the customers.
Soooo relieved to be working with ALL these signs bc i seem to flow well with them.

I get along with taurus I have been meeting a lot of them lately.

I'm quitting one of my jobs with a sag manager we don't get along that well. Anyway recently got a internship I don't know my trainers sign yet.

Gemini, Taurus, Leo (the more mellow ones). My manager at my old location job was a Gemini. He made me feel so comfortable and safe (in terms of having my back). My Taurus asst. Manager at my current location is dope. She and i have an excellent rapport and i respect her alot. My cancer manager is an ol bitch ass nigga with a short man complex. He's lazy as fuck, cowardly, doesn't know how to communicate, and a fucking liar. HATE HIM.

The ones that get in the trenches with you. Pearl tower lazy turds can get bent.

Leos, capricorns(yes, I'm a capricorn, but I don't count myself in this) and scorpios because they actually do what they are supposed to do without any BS and they are also good at working with other people...most of the time. The few times when they're not, it's baaad. I also like that they are smart and are constructive problem solvers.

Love working with libras, cause they seem to love working with everything I think is really really boring and I love to work with everything they think is really really boring. Great match! They are also fun at coffee breaks.

Cancers make great co-workers but terrible bosses, imo. Bad motivators.

Tauruses and geminis are great to work with, imo. Trustworthy(yes, gemini too), capable and working with them just goes smoothly and without hick-ups. Great problem solvers.

Aries are good co-workers and bad bosses. They want to boss you around or say no or whatever just for kicks, not because there is a real constructive reason for it. Being their boss, there is usually a huge clash between us after a short amount of time, but we always work it out quickly and everything is awsome and they do a great job. Really bad liars, which in a way makes them really really trustworthy in the end. 🙂

Just according to my experiances.

The best ones I have had so far were Cap, Cancer Taurus and Aries.

Virgos, IMO, are the best bosses, and the best co-workers. Responsible, so helpful....I can always trust my Virgo co-workers to pull their weight, step up when needed, etc. The best bosses I've had are Virgos. They don't micromanage, and they bring out the best in others. They actually care about your career, which is so rare in the self-centered corporate world. My Virgo boss helped get me promoted far beyond her tenure *as* my boss. Its like, once they respect or care about you as a person, they care about your future no matter how tied to you they are directly within a company.

I cannot say the same for the Capricorns I've worked with in business. I work with a lot of them, and they are often really knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to processes/procedures, but I don't like the way they operate professionally. Having a Cap Ascendant myself, I would think I could relate to their style, but time and time again, with co-workers I find that they get frustrated when things are not going the way they want, and act immature and passive-aggressive, in an attempt to control. My experience with Cap managers is that they are micro-managers and control freaks and I absolutely hate that style of management. I always wind up getting very confrontational with them. But what I have found, is that when you do get confrontational on an issue, they often will listen to reason in the moment, even if things are fairly heated.

Geminis are pretty awesome too. These people climb to the top pretty fast, are innovative, and often very helpful, etc. A little on the self-centered end of things, but otherwise awesome. Sags have the whole thing down, IMO. I find they can BS their way to the top of any company. They can be hard working when they need to be and are trustworthy in that sense, but I also think, when no one is looking, and they have a system working and have their stuff in order, they are the most likely to do some major slacking...lol. They are good at hiding it though.

I think Leos can be incredible too, so intelligent. But Leos seem to work smarter, not harder, and will just figure out ways to delegate. They are less like managers/bosses and more like company royalty....lol. But they play their roles so well within the company, and are so competent when they need to be, plus they are so stone-cold authoritative when they need to assert themselves, no one can really get in their way. Its like a birthright. I work for a fortune 50 co., in a division that does half of our company's revenue, and the directors of that division are both Leo women. I had a 1x1 with one of these women last month and I was so impressed. So intelligent, so concise and clear in all her communication. I left the meeting with so much respect for her and threw a couple compliments her way to stroke the ego....lol.

My current boss is an Aries and she's just awesome. She's the self proclaimed "mama bear" and is fiercely protective of all "her girls." While she's very professional, she also knows how to laugh and we have tons of fun.

Cap coworkers are slimy little bitches in my experience. Not even going to comment further...not good for my blood pressure lol.

Scorps always end up being my person at work...so far I've found they are trust worthy and always have your back. My Scorp coworker now would throw a punch for me I swear. My old boss was a Scorp as well and she's was like another mom to me.

Pisces are very intuitive and considerate coworkers...most likely to show up with a cupcake for you after they've noticed you've had a bad day.

Sags are usually fun and the best to have lunch with or get coffee...usually really silly but also seem to know the answer to everything too. (Though my current Sag coworker is a little bit of workplace snitch - this is not typical)

The best ones are the ones who do the job right and don't make a lot of noise.
