Cfet, Capricorns are not wishy washy for sure.. They don't show intensity in emotions until they are sure about you.. They may behave that they've not even noticed your emotions, but your behaviour will keep running in their mind.

They both are equally loyal, dedicited and hardworking. They both take time to understand you and try to make it work for you. Scorpios try to test you a lot. If they've had a bad time earlier, you could be into an endless test.. Capricorns are cautious that you are testing them all the time. They both are great and it'll work for you really well on a long run. Although capricorn take a little longer to get along.

Cappies are naturally attracted to your magnetism and self confidence. If you want constant attention, look for a cappie, if not, a Scorpio..

I'll say the same thing I always say, "Go with the person who is most enthusiastic to see you." This is especially true if all things are equal between these two guys. I find it interesting that you've gone so far as to call the Scorpio "amazing" and the Capricorn "wishy-washy", but are still unsure of who is the better pick.

If I had to guess you find Capricorn's drive and mystery (his hot/cold demeanor) intriguing. What happens though when he becomes less mysterious? You also mentioned that he is a hard worker. What if he's a workaholic? Caps can be very cold until they are warm. Even when they are warm they are still very logical and success driven. (I dated a Cap, my mars is in Cap, and I tend to attract other Mars in Cap apparently). There is a subtle almost emotionless refinement that comes with Capricorn. However when they are turned on, it's GAME on. Question is, is that worth the wait?

Unless there are some red flags you haven't mentioned, Scorpio guy sounds like the front runner. He shares your interests, which is pretty important. Add the fact that you two have a similar sense of humor, sounds like you'll have more fun in this match. It seems obvious, buuuut that might be the problem. Maybe you two are too alike. I too have known Scorpio couples who were too intense and imploded on one another.

I'd guess these guys are acting odd they may have picked up on the fact that you're not 100% sure about either of them. Capricorns don't jump into anything blindly and Scorpios can be very suspicious of others.
