I'm glad about my chart because..

What things do you like about your chart?


I'll start with mine; Im glad about the balance in practical energy (Virgo Sun, Moon and Mercury) vs philosophical energy (3 planets in Sag, including Jupiter) so Im not only good with details and precision work, but also keep a good view of the big picture, so to speak. Also my planets in Leo (Venus and Mars) give me enough drive and energy for the lighter side of life..and love 😉 I love my Libra rising too because attracting people is easy with such a charming placement hehe.

I know a guy born around the same time as you..his outlet for that placement is probably his Brazilian scorpio girlfriend of so many years 🙂 the power she has over him..pff, makes me wonder where his Sag-ness has gone.

haha well, I wouldnt be that extreme. His moon is in Cap, so there is enough seriousness in his chart to support it.

I'm glad about my chart because I don't have a choice 😛

Moon in cap sucks for female relations, prone to depression also. debilitated moon ( Capricorn,Virgo,Scorpio) and Venus( Scorpio, Virgo, Capricorn, Aries) just add to troubles with females if you're a man.

Yes, I know all about the textbook implications of placements, houses, etc etc (having studied astrology probably much longer than anyone I know) however at the end of the day the effect of each placement acquires a different flavour depending on the dynamics with the rest of the individual chart.

Other than that, the moon is not debilitated in Virgo, in fact in Esoteric Astrology Virgo is the ruler of the moon. The fact you call it debilitated probably is related to its assocication with Mercury, however..the truth is that the true ruler of Virgo is yet to be determined, this becomes obvious when you look at the gigantic differences between a Gemini moon (also ruled by Mercury) and a Virgo moon.

Yes, but that is my whole point, you part from the principle that Virgo is only about critique..it seems you havent grasped the real meaning of Virgo energy 🙂

Critique is only ONE of the many manifestations of HEALING energy, healing is also related to nurturing.

Besides, theres plenty of associations of Virgo with the not only Mary the Virgin but also Isis in ancient Egypt, etc.

In summary, Virgoan energy IS healing energy.

critique isnt healing, its critique, nurturing is a healing energy (opposite polarity Pisces)

Different sources mate, thats all (and usually we tend to pick the ones that suit our prejudices/preconceived ideas)..none of us can be said to be wrong. Thats why astrology is not an exact but a Pseudo-science.

Since Pisces is about healing, there is no way to claim that its opposite sign Virgo isnt about healing too. The truth of the matter in this context is that Pisces energy heals the soul and Virgoan energy heals THE BODY. Phyisical (=Earth), Soul (=emotions=water)

Just a point of reference, my uncle whose a virgo sun, mars, venus. My brother pulled on a knob and it shattered, it cut my brothers hand open, my uncle said he shouldnt have grabbed it so hard.

The only thing that truly tells is that your uncle has some bad timing for his comments, there is no convincing way of blaming it onto the Virgo in his chart.

Maybe the bad timing in saying things has something to do with a Sag placement? 😉

I call it Pseudo-science from an academic point of view (Im an archaeologist), but my beliefs do extend way further than the world of Academia.

I like my aries and libra placements because they don't make me a typical dark and cynical scorpio.

I can always see the cup half full and will chase the rainbows.

...but yeah, don't feed the lilith. 😄

There is nothing I would change about my chart, it's perfect for *ME*, even the conflict between my air venus and water mars is manageable.

My perception of you is the typical clash of the Aries-Libra axis 😄

I love being a Sagittarius. Libra ascendent is also pretty damn cool & it's lucky I like Caps, because most of my planets are in Capricorn 🙂

I do enjoy all my Aries coupled with my gooey Pisces center. 🙂

Me likes Virgos. They're so complex fragile, good, often victimized beings.

I like the dynamics between my sun, moon, and rising. All different elements. I'm not easy to figure out!

My mars in scorpio... *coughs* No complaints there 😉

I am particularly keen on my virgo placements; moon and mercury. They really do keep me grounded and I'm usually able to articulate in a very logical, factual way no matter how sensitive the topic. I can display my absolute human-ness in all of its vulnerable glory and not wind up a blubbering mess (well, most of the time anyway). Also... I have to admit... I'm a total sucker for anything cerebral, psychological, and analytical. Not a fan of the OCD inclinations but, meh, they're minor.

I'm glad about my chart because.. Im a self centered egotistical bastard.

The balance between my water placements and massive amount of earth in my chart - which makes me sensitive yet still grounded and practical.

My jupiter aspects - I've always had luck on my side (knocks on wood)

Taurus rising - My love of beautiful things, music, food, and my excellent taste of course! (😛)

Aries moon - Makes me get off my lazy taurus mars ass and get things done.

Aqua mercury - Because it's the only air I've got and it's precious — 😄

More I learn about astrology, more I love myself (my chart) 😉

with Fire signs of 50% of total & most Air sings of the rest......I am very playful & honest, but hard to settle down...

Because I survived the tough lessons Saturn threw at me and it's over and done with. Life will get better.

My sun/Saturn/Pluto/Venus conj gives me an understanding of power dynamics, beauty and form, balance and self control.

My mercury is an insomniac and distractophile placement, which gives me some problems.
My Neptune gives me empathy and the ability to assist the downtrodden. In return I need more solitude than most. I can be alOne without feeling lonely.
