planning baby's zodiac...

Did you plan the birth of your baby to be born to a specific sign? If so, what is yours, your S/O, and the baby's sign?

If I ever decided to have a baby I think I'd like to have a Libra or Leo or Taurus (i think) baby...

I would want my child to be a certain sign so that I could get along with him/her :-)

Taurus (Although I'm not certain about this one)

Libra's are very nice people can become insane people once things not working out for them! Leo's very reliable and good heart but can tooo controlling! Taurus very sweet people with sense of humor.

See, that's just it! I think in the Mommy department I'd excel in rearing these 3 signs because of their negatives/positives!

I am a Libra and when things are downhill for me - I withdraw from everything/everyone. I'd be able to handle the melancholy periods with a libran little one. Everything else would just balance out (no pun intended).

With a Leo child- I'd be great too. Just wonder about that temper thing though - I wouldn't be able to tolerate it without taking a hand to his/her backside frequently. 😢

With a Taurus child - For some reason I think a Taurian little one would be very low-maintenance and grounded - Perhaps a little stubborn but I am stubborn too.

You nail all the signs traits!! I think if you had an Aqua that you may feel like your child doesn't like to get babied like the others.

I don't know about the Aqua child - Mom and best friend are Aquas...

I don't think I'd like to give birth to one of them - I fear a feeling of detachment to an aqua little one for some unexplainable/strange reason...

We've talked about it but it wasn't a serious discussion. We just laughed at the thought of having a Cancer baby being raised my an Aries and a Scorp.
I'll probably end up with an Air sign baby because I totally don't get air signs. I would honestly prefer not to have a Cancer. It would just be way too harsh of a household for a Cancer baby. Poor thing. lol I DON'T want a Scorpio girl. My poor mother went damn near loony trying to raise me. I was a handful to say the least. Karma is a bitch though so ......😛

I don't think we'll take into account what a child's sign would be when we go to have children. THAT is the furthest thing on our minds when we are "babymaking" 😉 LOL

Apparently my mom wanted a Leo child for whatever the reason which led to me being conceived (she expressed this on a drunken night). I think of it as being a little selfish in some weird way that I can't really explain. But then I shouldn't complain because I wouldn't of been born if it were any different 😛
It's really the mother's own freedom to do this but I think it's kind of a silly thing to think about.

When I first entered kindergarten I was the only one in my class who wasn't crying that first day. I just watched.

My cousin had her second child in January--a capricorn boy. He doesn't cry much either. He likes to watch people too.

i didn't cry my first day of school and i also didn't really cry much as a baby. i as a pretty quiet child

Yeah... my mother worried about me because I didnt cry at all even if I was hurt. I'd just go hide. LOL I was really quiet too unless I was bossing someone around.

I hope for a taurus baby myself as I couldn't handle anyone like me (an aries) Both my sister and husband are Taurus' and they were the type of kids who could easily entertain themselves and were very mellow.

Obviously, if the child is born premature then that is beyond my control - now isn't it? However, there is a high likelihood that involves various factors that I could plan for a certain sign baby and it manifest. Wow. Although some people disagree with me cloning my petri-dish october- baby made with goat eggs and lizard juice LOL! It's nice to see that some of you actually have entertained the thought of having a baby born of a certain sign.

I like capricorns -- my son is one and in terms of a relationship, they are devoted, aren't cheaters, may not be the most affectionate but they are very attentive and caring and will have your best interests at heart to the extent if you weren't raised right at home or are dealing with issues, they'll even try to re-raise you right and, help you work out your issues. Caps are THE CAPTAINS in my book!! 🙂 When they love you, they love you!! 🙂

Wow, FLeo, capricorns are like that?! Sounds dreamy! I had a capricorn co-worker once and although she was very stern and rigid her mothering instinct came out on me, a grown woman. I was trying to, at the time, decide on school/major/tuition and she advised me in a manner like I was her daughter not co-worker. She wasn't much older than either - perhaps 10 yrs.

i have 3 children and i didn't plan a specific sign for any of them. i was just happy that they were here and healthy.

two of them are leo girls and the other is a cap boy. the odd thing is, i only get along, really well, with one of my leo girls. the other one, we butt heads contantly! even tho they are the same sign, it's the rest of the planetary placements that really make the person's personality whole. i don't think it makes a difference what sign they are in and planning for all the planet placements would be really hard to do.

Yep, I thought about the whole planet placement, time-of-birth, and all that jazz. Just a thought though of what it would be like to plan for a certain sign....
