It has to be a transit because your natal Saturn and Neptune are trine... not conjunct. So, natal Saturn being conjunct Neptune. Not a good time to make a decision.... clouded judgement. Also, a time that you may feel the need to break free from restrictions.

That's a really long time to still feel "devastated", you should probably stop looking for things that probably aren't there, and move on 😢 You say that it is against your will that you both are no longer speaking, which implies it is HIS decision. You can't change his mind and are only giving yourself false hopes about him in the future by looking to astrology imo.
And I really am saying this in the most gently way possible - Perhaps maybe seek some counseling because "devastated" and not allowing yourself to "believe it's over" does not sound like healthy word choices in regards to how you should be mentally and emotionally, after nearly a year's time.

Thank you and I do understand what you are saying. I'm usually not one to have a hard time letting go but this guy is different. He did disappear on me once before and came back several months later thinking that we were never even broken up. I'm not trying to make excuses for him but he does have some issues with PTSD and major depression and just shuts down sometimes.
My mind tells me to move on but my heart isn't ready to yet.

I am just starting to look past sun, moon and rising. Recently, I found that I had my birth time wrong by a few minutes. That changed me from a Cancer to a Gem rising and it all made sense. I never fit the typical Cancer profile but every Gem rising profile describes me to a T.
Those simple words "involuntary detachment" are really sticking with me. Was our breakup meant to happen all along? Is there hope that it will all work out in the end?
Everything is weighing extra heavy on me this week. We had 9/15/18 picked out as our wedding day. I wasn't trying to get in touch with him because he obviously doesn't want me at the moment but I had a moment of weakness on that day and sent him an email. He opened it but never replied. That definitely hurt.

Anytime you see a transit report saying X planet conjunct Y planet, it means the first planet is in transit.

And the ex/child thing sounds worse than it is. It's a complicated situation and I understand that. I have my own ex causing problems. We had a plan. That's why our date was a couple years in the future. We were together 5 years so it wasn't a fling. I know that he loves me and I am 100% sure that there is nothing between he and his ex. I've been in the same room as them many times. They aren't even friends. Everyone can see the chemistry between he and I from across the room.

What exactly does this mean?
My love and I broke up on 12/31/2015 and have been no contact since the end of July (not my choice and I am devastated). Could this play a part or am I reading it all wrong? Is there hope after October? We were so good for years and then it all went to hell and I'm having a hard time believing that it's over.
