Juno conjunct Pluto is a Super Sexual Aspect but not the rest of your two.
It was a bit unclear if all of those four placements need to have aspects to each other if Pluto conjunct Venus would be enough to be classified as such.
I mentioned the other two solely for completion. 🙂
Sun and Moon are not sexual planets.
Only count aspects between these four---Venus, Mars, Pluto and Juno.
A couple of weeks ago my answer would have been a clear no but a couple of comments are making me reconsider this at the moment.
I had a heavy ONS phase though but that was only because I was pissed at someone and wanted to kil of any capacity of romance within me.
In case you just became 28 two days ago chances are high you might have a retrograde Venus like me which means you are looking for more serious and deep connections.
I guess it's a safe bet to say that your ONS phase didn't kill off your inner romantic? 🙂
For me personally it was an important step to make myself my own top priority. So I started dating that way - either the guy fulfilled my criterias or the date was over - no more fear of missing out on "mr right".
No more time for "ifs, maybes" and taddaaaaa I got rewarded in the best way possible.
The first part, loving myself, I can do but not the second.
I can't stand dating. It feels to foced for me.
I was clearly looking for something serious and I was very vocal about it as well. No time for "let's see where things go/let things proceed naturally/I'm not looking for a relationship per se" bla bla. I only made time for men who stated that they were ready for something serious and actually wanted a relationship IF chemistry/life goals etc would match. That saved myself sooooo much time

I searched for "astroids ephemerides" and come across this URL:

This says your Juno is in Lib at 4 degree of Libra. Which is conjuncting your Pluto with an orb of 5. So you have at least one point for being seen as a SSA.
PS: ok, I tried it at astro.com with your birth info. It is still Libra 4 degree. You have still the Super Sexy Aspect Juno conjunct Pluto.

I love trying new things and the rush I get at every beginning. If I don’t change I wouldn’t experience that.
You talk with an good friend and while he/she keeps talking you just feel it's over.
That person stoped growing and it's over.
It's difficult to find a good way to resolve this.
For me is more like in this specific moment I need something else but I have lots of friendships that they come and go and come again. I am always open to possibilities.
Like I have lots of friends in the country I am from and sometimes I connect better with some that the others but they will be always my friends, even if I don’t have things in common for years.

Posted by ValleysofNeptuneI've read it somewhere witch I find it correct that if the aspect is involving asteroids, orb for major aspects are no longer than 4°, and no longer than 2° for minor aspects.
This topic may have been covered in this thread, but I don't feel like going through it because it's so long
One site showed that I had a conjunction between Juno and Mars, but later I realized it was with a 6 degree orb, and it doesn't show up on another site. I've also read different opinions but the general consensus seems to be that asteroid aspects require smaller orbs, like 2 or 3 degrees at most
So on second thought, I probably don't have any aspects that include Juno. Or if I do, the effects are probably very weak
