What kind of business do you would relate to Gemini or Aries?
You would do well as a creative force or 'idea guy'. Interacting with clients would work well for you as well. You need people with heavy earth placements to take your ideas and implement them, providing the follow-through you lack.

Pisces mid heaven has tons of nothing jobs before they find what they are meant to do. Maybe spiritual calling, artist musician, writer, HEALING, medical, nurse, Doctor, etc

Pisces midheaven is about an unconventional path but if you don`t have any planet in the 10th house you should look at where Neptune is and its aspects. Mine is in the 8th house and I work in the corporate world, it makes sense, this is why im asking about business

I've been struggling in that arena for more than a decade.
But I know of an 11th house Leo sun with Gem rising who is relatively successful in making B-grade horror flicks in LA.

Both are water houses related to what is hidden but the 8th is about what is hidden by choice (secrets, privacy, business, transformations) and the 12th is about what is hidden because the placements work in a more spiritual/heavenly/another dimension sense
