What sign would you say makes the worst boss in the workplace
My favorite was a Cancer.
I also like my current Virgo MALE boss too. He's great.

I think it could be any sign, really. I see why op said cancer tho. If you don't get along with the sign in any other interpersonal setting I don't see why it would be different in a workplace.
And I don't see how a person's sun sign can make them a bad boss.
True, it’s probably about sign compatibility as much as anything. However, there could be more general qualities such as Virgo May be too critical.

I had an Aquarius boss who was just as bad. She told me about some very personal traumatic events that happened to her within my first hour on the job. She used to dress up as these creepy monsters on Halloween and role play them all day, refusing to come out of character even when you had work questions.
I'd almost forgotten about her. rofl

That doesn't work in most rships unless you're a pushover and suffer from low self esteem....the world revolves around all of us, not some of us. Also with that attitude you won't get the best out of people and they may end up giving you the finger ... it ends up being counter productive...

That doesn't work in most rships unless you're a pushover and suffer from low self esteem....the world revolves around all of us, not some of us. Also with that attitude you won't get the best out of people and they may end up giving you the finger ... it ends up being counter productive...

Fixed energy gives worst managers. Their way or the highway. I would go for a Scorpio woman, tho.
Cardinal energy gives best managers. Capricorn and Aries, Aries and Capricorn are la creme de la creme. I wouldn't go for a Libra, tho.
Also, I think mutable energy gives pretty good managers. They have good management skills, super flexible, they're super involved and also they have no problem doing the grunt work. I respect them for that.
Most loyal to their employees: Aqua, Gemini, Cancer and sometimes Cap.

Two personal experiences don't make an axiom.
Aries that I know are pretty modest people both professionally and in personal life. They do have a temper, but they're doing their best by trying to keep that under control.
Maybe you just don't vibe well with them or you are missing the point in what means to be a good manager. We leave our personal opinions OUT the moment we get in the office, we are very centered in what we do, we're very focused on our employees growth and development, we give our people autonomy and trust no matter what. Sometimes people simply forget that when things will turn bad, we are the ones who are responsible and will collect all the garbage. Also, we show empathy to our people, BUT we don't do charity. Sorry, not sorry.
Aries...I admire those fearless btches. At the end of the day, they'll put a perfect project on the table.

Having said that, I've known Aries people who are great fun and I like them as friends👍🔥
The nicest boss I had was an Aqua man and because he was so easy going and good to us we all bust a gut to get the work done. The other was a Leo lady and again very kind and I really worked above and beyond for her too

I had a good aqua boss ...very supportive. I was a poker dealer for him.
Other than him leo and pisces....also taurus

I had a Scorpio boss.....everyone slagged her off behind her back. I liked her lol....maybe I had more of an understanding of her so she didn't phase me...
Worst boss I've had was a virgo. Among the best were an aqua and a cancer. That said I've also had a terrible aqua boss (co worker). Definitely something more at work here but I think anyone with some semblance of cancer characteristics when it comes to employee care they will more often than not appear to be a good boss.
The best I had was a Pisces man born in the year of dog. I don't know more about his chart. He was a genius in handling people and teams.
I think it also depends on the branch of economy we are talking about. In the IT the more flexible and selfless, the better. Superficiality is also a no go.
I had also Gem-Cancer-Rat boss. And Virgo-Sag-Tiger. All three were good and loved by the team members.
But for me the Pisces-dog was the best. In his garden the hardest and the finest could grow equally to their best version of themselves.

I’m not trying to be offensive I’m just stating my truth and maybe having a little bit of a rant while I’m at it.
I’ve worked in heaps of places and three of these places in particular had cancerians as managers.
Can I just say that I’m a pro when dealing with cancer managers at this point of time in my life.
The trick is when they’re having one of their moments you just nod and then go to your happy place.
Honestly though wtf?!?!
Cancerian folk who are reading this...
Why is it impossible for you guys to not shit yourselves everytime you bend your knees?
Why does everyone in the workplace have to listen to your constant whinging?
Seriously though they are the most toxic sign to ever run a business.
