taste testing at the farmers market is both thrilling and exciting. in the Leo's defense, he was really hungry and just wanted to sit down and eat.

i just felt like me and the virgo (his gf) have to always bend over backwards before he turns into a complete child.

this has happened in the past with them. When they go to the store, he likes to stick to a confirmed schedule. She on the other hand wants to look around, see what catches her eye and he is always so judgmental about it. Instead of picking on her and always calling her "shiny red ball" mentality out, why cant he just build in 20 mins of "play time" so he wont be aggravated. win win.

You can tell him that about it.

Does this Leo guy a very busy man that he doesn't have time for it? Does this virgo even agreed to his plan?

I think that most fixed frustration with the mutable one that they only nodded to the agreedment and later in a second, day, week the mutable suddenly changed. Like in one ear to another and became to ignore their plans.

Fixed is not only liking to change, but they don't like that the mutable are so suddenly changed into what they want so sudden. The mutable's loyalty is pretty not there when suddenly has been changed according to their plan and they should make the agreement even better with it so they want to be counted on of their changeable.

How do you feel when someone wants to go against your plan? like why do you get some damn angry and feisty about it? DO you think mutables are being inconsiderate? I think its more that we finally want to do what we want to do and not what you want us to do.

Same for Cardinals really.

Whose better at relationships? Cardinals, Fixed, or Mutables? I feel like Mutables who are in relationships with Cardinals or Fixed get railroaded 24/7. Mutable on mutable is a welcomed form of anarchy.

My BF is a Leo, I dont see that in him. He's willing to take on adventures with me. lol

hmm, well who wears the pants in the relationship?

I don't mind a change in plans at all, or a new adventure. In fact I love new adventures and exploring. However, what I don't like is being bored. If my friends wander off and do something I have remotely no interest in I'll let them play for a while and give it a shot myself, but if I still have no interest in it then after some time I'll try to steer them in a different direction.

I don't think mutables do it on purpose, they just have ADHD of the zodiac. I do know when I agree to go somewhere with one, that I'm probably not going to get anything else done that day.

I don't mind when plans change slightly. SLIGHTLY. My BFF is mutable. She's like "wanna go here with me". Okay. Then, here to here to there to there and to here. I agreed to go here, not there, there there and there as well. So a 30 minute errand ends up into wasting 4 hours. Sometimes it bothers me, sometimes it doesn't. Justs depends on what I had on my agenda that day. (I work a lot and have to get a lot of things done on weekends).

Lots of times the original plan doesn't happen and that kind of ticks me off. Makes me feel like I got drug there, there, there and there under false pretenses.

Also makes me question their time management skills. It makes me feel that they feel like their time and their agenda is much more important than mine and they have no respect for mine.

The trick is, if you want to be on time to the original plan, tell them you have to leave an hour before you actually need to leave. Like if you have to be somewhere at 7, tell them you have to be there by 6. 😉

Another trick is, if you plan something with a mutable, might as well clear out your day and be resigned to the fact that you're not going to get anything else done that day. BUT, you WILL have fun that day. 🙂

No. Depends in what (type), when, who (is asking) and why the change is being requested.

This is not the same as asking one to change. I have no problem seeing and appreciating another perspective. That doesn't mean I'm going to (or should be required to) change my views or approach.

I've been called stubborn though. I simply won't budge once my mind is made up.

Fixed signs do listen if the request is reasonable, logical and actually do-able. It's all a matter of balance, give and take. They're cool with that but if you just demand them to go/do something that deviates from the 'plan' without considering their side, you might as well go fuck yourself... nah ah, that's not gonna happen and they won't budge.

Lol. I don't get feisty about it. If plans change due to an inconsiderate act (e.g. tardiness), I'm gonna keep it movin' and catch you later, especially if it is something I was looking forward to or we planned. It will also be the last time I plan a similar event with you. We can just enjoy other things life has to offer and I'll save that type of event for someone that can get their sh*t together. Simple.

I have had issues with certain mutables in my life (Gems, Pisces and Sags) but not others (Virgos). Overall, I enjoy their company. They are easy to be around. Are they inconsiderate? Not intentionally. I find the ones I know (all four) often over extend themselves and have a poor sense of time. "I'll be there in 5 minutes" is more like 55 and I'm not exaggerating. "I'm gonna take care of something really quick and be right there" become "well I had to stop at _____ and then drop off the kids and pick up my dry cleaning. Then I had to stop by MAC to grab some blush---I ran out! Then I saved a kitten out of tree..." Okay the last but was an exaggeration, but the rest, pretty on point.

All the married fixed signs I know...have made "lifetime commitments" for...decades and then suddenly opted out of their marriages or cheated.

Whereas all the married mutables I know who made a commitment stuck with it.

I just find it funny because I see a lot of fixed signs linking their modality with making commitments for ever(loyalty seems to be a fixed sign thing)..and in my experience it isn't true. And mutables getting labeled as flaky, whilst when we do make a commitment, it's to the bone

Obviously other people's experience might differ but that's how it plays out with people I know.

Downfall to cardinal signs: initiating on a decision and not thinking too far ahead.

Regardless, I think mutable signs and fixed ones struggle with each other a lot but it's only convenient for both parties to learn from one another. I don't have many fixed signs in my life..wish I had more.

And Sags are awful and have no concept of time 😛

I can roll with it though.

Im just happy that us mutables can get along so well with one another and always have such a great time! Apparently we are the one modality that is well-equipped to follow and embrace the true flow of the universe/life, which is CHANGE, the only constant in life. Control is an illusion, let the fixed ones live in that delusion while us mutables enjoy life 😛

As a heavily-mutable sign person (6 planets in mutable signs) I actually dont find fixed signs exceptionally annoying, at the end of the day, being mutable allows me to tolerate and respect other's characters and differences, allowing and being allowed personal freedom is big with me, so no one is gonna stop me from doing what I really want to do, as long as people remain respectful, I dont mind if others are stubborn, because I can be stubborn too about my ideas and my need for freedom, as long as fixed signs arent crossing my freedom, Im fine.

Hey...at least mutable sign is moving (aka running around life) instead of stuck (aka sticking with it) like fixed and delayed (aka not thinking ahead) like cardinal. 😄

This thread reminds me so much that the way people perceive me in real life is more of Sag than Virgo.

This is actually interesting topic about those qualities in relationship.
Although now I have learned a lot of lesson and realize about Mutables that it's impossible for me to have relationship with them since I'm a Fixed sun with Cardinal domination.. No wonder of my complains.

Not only the qualities of sun/moon, but their dominants aswel.

I think I should tried out with Fixed sun with mutable/cardinal moon or dominations..

i agree with you. I have an easier time with mutable in relationships than fixed signs.

Fixed on Fixed must be tough at times.
