I know everyone talks about how scorpios disappear, and I'm sure it applies to all men really

Buy WHY would a scorpio initiate conversation with you over text, asking how you are and then when you reply he doesn't respond? If he has no interest in continuing conversation then don't initiate at all!

Is it a power play? Is he doing it on purpose? Or is it laziness?

Fuck, we all have lives going on. I get messages and I forget about replying to them. Life gets in the way.

Not talking about you impulsv, in general and in regards to the OP.

I do my best to reply but life gets in the way so there are priorities in how I deal with things. It depends.

And some days I just..zone out by myself.

I'll take calling over texting any day of the week.

I usually text when I need to meet someone and I have to check the location, or I see smthg funny and I want to show you.

For other things, I call.

I do the same thing. Sometimes I send a text, then get distracted by something else. I'm a horrible texter.

It's not personal and nothing for the other person to worry about. I will read it and if it's urgent I will reply.

Texts for texts' sake..I'mma get back at you..sometime..some day..

This is more of a male thing when they don't have a solid interest.
Dude does not sound interested, he was probably alone and bored.
If he was interested enough, he would do more than text you every 3 weeks.
He would pop up at your doorstep.
You are going to have to learn to ignore these lazy acts of communication.

I often write out an email then take the best 1-3 sentences in it, delete everything else and send that much.

I do this-- otherwise, it's just too much and I'm writing a book or something.

That's a trick question. Feminine women are supposed to request: nothing.

They're supposed to eat an hour before they arrive anywhere, so they can fit into their corsets and use their hands to either: play with their hair, refill drinks, or wave their fans in front of their faces.. Hands are not used for shoveling food into their mouths.

I've single handedly destroyed a few friendships because I do the same thing with email 😐

So much time goes by and I freak out and just don't respond....because, really, what the hell do you say?

The thing is, they know out of all people they can call me at 3 am in the morning to help them with anything and I'd be there. So this type of loyalty > answering emails in a timely manner.

I swear I never understood the playing with your hair thing. Had a Libra friend who tried teaching me the error of my ways. It just doesn't come natural for me.

Yeah, well..my mother calls me from a lot of numbers, which I named "Unknown1" "Unknown2" etc.

The problem with that? I also put "unknownx" "unknowny" to random numbers.

How do I differentiate between the two?

I have a Libra who does this to me. I believe he's a recycler though. Once he gets bored with one woman he moves on to another and then another and another until he gets bored with them too. Then he cycles back around to the first and so on and so on. Just my theory.

I'm horrible at communicating too though. Sometimes I go months before responding to emails. I start to feel guilty about it which causes me to go longer without responding. Then I don't know what to say. If I don't respond immediately to emails then chances are slim that I'll get back to the person anytime soon or at all. I'll admit I'm a procrastinator. Texts are different though. I always respond to texts as they don't require as much time and thought as emails do. Only a quick one word response is needed. How hard is that?

There's a very simple way to find out the answer to all your questions. Next time he texts "how are you"...you respond. CALL ME, I'LL BE HAPPY TO TELL YOU.

If he doesn't...he really doesn't give a shit. That's it. The extra benefit from that...an enhancement on self respect. cool huh?
