Phase I: Journal, cry, and vent to my close friends

Phase II: dress up really cute in a dress and heels, go out dancing, do some walkbys and watch guys look (builds confidence)

Phase III: find a new and hotter guy

i am finding it really hard to let go... even after knowing the relationship is having no future. letting go and move on seems just too impossible for me. its been 3 months and i keep running to him only in the end facing heartbreak and disappointment
