Cap/Can similarities and differences

I'm rather a novice when it comes to astrology but since starting to read about I'm finding so much is true for me ... and people in my life. That includes the Cancer guy in my life. I wish I would have read the threads here before LOL. I think I would have saved myself a lot of pressure, heartache and pain.

When reading about Caps and Crabs, I'm findind even though it says we are opposites there is also so much similarities. I can't speak for others, but for us we are lots of similarities and our differences lay in that I'm an order, schedule, duty type person where he is very in the moment, following his current mood.

What similarities and differences have you experienced in your Capricorn/Cancer (love, friends, family, etc) relationships?

Both have shells, or can withdraw
Both are ambitious
Family Oriented
Self Centered

I agree with Singasong, things are the same just portrayed differently. I think that about all oppposites.

Indeed a lot of simalarities.
But " both have shells or can withdraw" that's a bit of a problem with us.
He's in that current stage for the moment and automatically ( even if i don't want to) i withdraw also. I try not to think mutch about it and keep it "light" but my face says otherwise...can't hide it .

I agree with the comparisons. Sometimes though goats loyalty is kind of messed up. They would back the devil if there is a blood relation. Crabs not so much.

+1 , but what the solution? Crabs and caps are both a bit stubborn...

I'd sure like to know. I've been the one trying to make up and get him out of his shell ... giving up my pride ... but damn hard with this one. I was with a Cancer guy before for 4 years. He was stubborn too, but with him some good affection and make up sex worked everytime. This one on the otherhand, won't even let me approach.

Ugh, not for me. I would only back the devil if I made a promise to him/her or if we had a deal. 😄

A lot of capricorns start out extremely aggressive and only tone down once they have felt they have "made it" in terms of status or wealth. Unfortunately this can take decades to occur but when it does they are some of the sweetest, kindest people you will know. If you are fortunate enough to know them along the way, the growth and transformation is simply astonishing.

Yes, some Capricorns will choose what is ADVANTAGEOUS to them.

These "Crapricorns" often remind me of the dog that refuses to play with a human being....

....Unless that human being happens to be holding food of some form.

Then they are interested.

Yeah, not all of them are this superficial and horrible, but some of them sure as hell are.

LMAO.!

I have to admit I do tend to back up my family and friends, even if they are very devil-like ... but that's just the bond. But in private, I have no problem telling they are definitely wrong and I don't agree with what they are doing. And more to the point, my backing up is usually me in the background making sure they don't get (too) hurt and picking up the mess they make.

The Cancers I've known, well very family oriented, def did not back up any sinisters people, regardless if they were family or not.
