Corrupted Cancer

There's a woman I know who is supposedly a Cancer (ok, she is a cancer, july 12) but does not exert the general qualities of a Cancerian woman (generalised, I know, but you can usually detect at least faint signs of a persons Starsign?). I've heard of corrupted signs, where the person fights their natural personality to be like someone else, or was brought up to dismiss or squash their natural traits (such as sensitivity in a Cancerian)? this may be the case. Ok she is a high ranking officer in the Navy, and clearly craves power, is moody, bossy, condescending, and is dominating at home. She has 2 kids who are sadly ?under the thumb?? well aren't cancer's supposed to be caring kind souls? or even passive? Do you think this an example of a corrupted sign. ::befuddled:: do you know of anyone similar?

It's probably just the way they are on the surface.. perhaps totally different when you get to know the person. Also, a persons sun sign alone isn't as decisive as we might think.. there are tons of other factors that determine personality.. upbringing, values, environment.. etc. And there's no set way someone should act or should not act.. does it mean that person is corrupted? Probably not... thats just who they are or at least how they present themselves.

I agree with SRG, she may open up her passionate and nurturing side once she knows you a bit better. Plus the Navy probably affected her brain somehow...Its happened to alot of ppl I know. :S

ooh you just described me. I appear very confident (well i am to a dgree) on the outside and dout going (depending on who you see with) and very introverted with people I don't know hence the cold appearance. but on the inside I am a big softy. only my family and friends see me this way though. I happen to share the same b-day as her (don't know how much that counts). so her private persolnality may be very playful and nurturing. but it is always better to have respect for you than to like you then they don't step on your toes.

A softy on the inside? It's possible because this woman is a mum.. But I intend to one day marry a Cancerian... but if they are dominating in the home though... hmmmm I hope it's different if it's a male Cancer

Moving definitly... Ireland..It's that feeling you get when you are drawn to a place..i can't describe it.. but I feel like I'm supposed to live there 🙂 Cant wait. yes i will find the perfect cancer man there

I plan on visiting Scotland sometime in the near future. Who knows.. maybe if I really like it, I might move there too.

Didn't know paddie was an Irishman.. 🙂 I've wanted to go there pretty much since I saw Braveheart.. very mystical and romantic. Very historically interesting place too and i've always been into history. Where I live now.. there's little history as it was all built not too long ago. In Scotland, there are many places hundreds of years old and even older. Scotland is also one of the primary countries with which my sign is associated - so that might explain why i'm fascinted by it.

Yes i'm Russian and where i'm from, it was horribly cold (-40 celsius) in the winter. But i'd take the cold over intense heat any day. I've always thought the Irish and Scottish were similar to Russians in that they stick together in large families and enjoy sitting behind a table, eating and of course getting really drunk.. 🙂
