You need any reality of dating?

You can have someone to love but you gotta know what ya doing for that love to be returned.

But other than that, I HOPE you ain't talking about a woman.. All you need is yourself. You shouldn't look to outside sources to fill a hole. As a man, you should be loving on your purpose.

Cry in the shower, go for a walk/jog, exercise, eat healthy, listen to meditation/upbeat music (avoid music with garbage lyrics) then cry some more.
