He "IS" interested! ...The Thing is, Cancer's NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Make the first move. Its our fear of rejection. Our shell, is our real best friend. We like the more aggressive types. Be blunt,honest and respectable all at once. If you are, we will definately be interested even more so! And as an Aries you should have the aggression gene. If not, grow it!
I'm a Cancer and I ALWAYS make the first move. I fear rejection tremendously, but at the same time I have the mindset "Get it before it's gone". That's how I got my Aqua ex, and I made the first move with this Virgo guy that I've been "talking" to. If I see a guy I like and he isn't doing anything...time for action. But then again, I have a leo moon, gemini rising and venus so I don't know. My first bf who was a Cancer (day before mine) made the first move with me.
